That's exactly what I have been doing! During Thanksgiving, I gave my relatives the Zelenko protocol. Got the 6 bottle deal. It was a bit pricy, but so worth it! I will buy again soon as well as individual vitamins plus IVM and a few others. No gift cards, no presents, just vitamins. My vaxxed relatives were a bit puzzled, but they are getting it!
My wife has MS and needs supplementary vit D for her treatment. Our research shows that the bulbs for tanning are not the same wavelength as what your body needs to produce it itself. There ARE bulbs available that include the correct wavelength, but they are the same ones that cause you to burn quicker, so they are usually not in tanning beds. BTW, I have a tanning bed I am trying to give away right now, because we got it off Craigslist before we did the research.
thanks I was just looking for this as my son has tested positive with the abbot home test…will get him real test tomorrow….I’m negative, so far.
Started upping his D, C, etc….oddly enough, one of his HS friends just got the booster….super spike protein spreader…..I wasn’t totally sure the vaccinated would actively spread it but maybe?
Everyone I know runs for a test when they have the sniffles.
My immediate reaction is: Did you have close contact with someone who had covid?
99/100 the answer is "No."
So why are you getting tested?
Just to be safe!
All this does is feed the monster. If you test positive, you are now a statistic used to shut down the state. Stop it. If you feel you absolutely need to test, buy an at home test. If you're positive, you know what to do. If you're negative, you know what to do.
If you or others in your family have not had Covid, immediately start taking Ivermectin. My husband did when I tested positive and he never got sick. He was very high risk.
Or just buy it premixed on one capsule from Dr. Zelenko. I've been taking these for several weeks. I order enough to last my wife and I for many months.
I've done such over the years often. I already gave out ivermectin. In previous years I put vitamins in as stocking stuffers. I can home made chix soup (I call sick-chix) with lots of garlic and chix fat. Elderberry gummies instead of chocolates. Various teas, even blended my own to include orange peel.
I was using topical vitamin A (tretinoin/Differin) bc it works absolute miracles for wrinkles, sun spots, acne, skin tone unevenness. Then I went digging for more info on it and then stopped using it. Hair loss is a common side effect, so I was like no something is wrong here. They say it’s just bc some peoples’ bodies can’t handle as much vitamin A, and applying the product too often causes vitamin A overdose. I was pretty disappointed, bc the stuff will make you look about ten years younger if you use it on a regular basis
he talks about this directly in the book. It does indeed stimulate cell growth of the skin, but the question you have to ask is why, and is this a good thing?
He argues that the stem cells are being forced to multiply to replace damaged cells. Further, if you look at the dermatology papers about retinol/vit A, they suggest that while the short-term benefits make the skin look better, overuse actually in the long run leads to worse skin.
Perhaps there is a middleground if you truly see a benefit, but for me I'm going to stay away.
I just read the vitamin A chapter of that link you posted. I’m so happy I only used the vitamin A gel for a couple months…. Lots of people use it for years and years. The beauty community has no clue about this. They think that not much vitamin A gets into the bloodstream by just applying it on the face. But- tons of them have complained of side effects from it. Thank you for the info!
I really don't understand why people go gaga over vitamins and supplements.
If we needed them, God would have them literally growing on trees. Eat whole, real foods, stay active and get some exercise and sun everyday and you should be fine.
You can not make enough vit d in the winter. I am a pale blonde, I never had enough d3 measured by a blood test over years even though I was taking 50000 units once a week. Darker skin tones get even less vit d3.
You're not too far off, in Michael Savage's book about nutrition he mentions this and its best to get vitamins from various foods that come from the ground. However, he did recommend taking powdered vitamin C if you're sick. And this was years ago. Despite his rantings, he does hold a PHD.
This reminds me of those people who would give out floss and toothpaste to trick or treaters for Halloween. It's in the gift receiver's best interest, but you'll likely be scoffed at anyway.
Nah, I'm over the vitamin supplement hype. Sounds like another big pharma psyop at this point. Vitamin D is a stimulant, no need to be wired and buzzed all winter.
Great post đź‘Śđź‘Ť

Why test? Just treat. Don't feed the bear. If your here you know what to do. Follow the protocols in the image above.
If you're going to test - do it at home. This will keep the data away from the gov't, so they can't use it to draft more obscene policy.
"Oh look, positive cases are up. You're now mandated to watch meatspin for 12 hrs per day until further notice."
I'm testing at home to get Christmas off
Why test? Because it is a requirement of his school….treatment has started.
What happens if you don't? You could still keep him out the correct days.
Maybe it's time to keep him home for safety.
Because the tests spread the covid? is that your point, sorry I wasn’t connnecting the dots.
I agree, some of the antigen tests I have bought and discarded had swabs made in china…most have swabs from the US though.
Took the rapid antigen test, not the PCR….I need to know since I have been exposed and can’t infect those at work… 🤷🏻‍♂️

I’m saving the ivermectin, I have been doing quercitin.
By testing you are contributing to the narrative.
I actually did for my mom!

No hadnt thought of that but good idea.
agree
Monoclonial antibodies ok?
just going to drop this here about why "Vitamin" A might not be a vitamin at all...
long read, but just might save your health.

Fully aware vitamin A is not part of the covid protocol anyways.
