This could be the first attack of many. I work for an ISP and it was a nationwide outage. We are patching this shit out of our servers but the damn thing keeps coming back and altering the code to basically negate the patch it's a fucking nightmare.
keep us updated if you can
Facebook is having issues
Good
Not sure if this is related since I am not knowledgeable in this area. I saved this post because I thought it was relevant. Internet firestorm incoming. This one could be bad.

There was a post the other day saying some new bug had the potential to fuck up 60-70% of the internet. I can't remember the post but I'll look for it. This Anon said he's worked in tech his whole life and none of them have ever seen anything like this
Worse one I remember was SQL Slammer. Worked in FinTech at a national bank. We get hammered on some of it, but a lot was self inflicted aby leadership not allocating maintenance windows for patching and bouncing the boxes. The old days. This one will be bad, but I dont give into hype. We had all of the hype back in the Y2K days and it was a nothing burger. Will there be issues, yes, can they be addressed, should be. Goes to prove a solid DR plan that is practiced on a regular basis pays off. Same can be said around having an on prem / own colo. private cloud versus farming all your shit out
Hopefully what people get out of all these internet outages is :
Why is the entire internet seemingly reliant on one single service owned by a company that no one really loves (but is addicted to) created by a guy that converted his fortune (your money) into making a penis shaped rocket to give joy rides to rich people.
No tech business can compete with silicon valley entities which are indirectly owned and funded by the cabal and thus can push their agendas without being concerned about how the market regards such activity.
Yep, it sucks. They can't afford not to take the ticket. So here we are.
Hopefully events like this lead to conversations like ours here and create a spark in some one much smarter than myself to come up with a solution.
Seriously. The cabal has funneled trillions into their coffers, and fund organizations as they see fit. On top of that, they get around regulations most companies wouldn't, as they have access to whatever 3 letter agency they need. What legitimate company could possibly compete with that?

Reminds me of working for HAL, back in the day. You would outsource your shit, we would put it in our datacenters, so the thought of standing up new hardware and forklifting shit around locked in the client. Obviously VM's and solid big pipes have taken that over. I always pushed for keeping core infra in our own DC's / Colos versus porting it over to a third party.
Of course soon as I post this it begins to wear down a bit lol. I guess to those late for the party, for a good 40 minutes half of the net was down. (https://twitter.com/alphaINTEL/status/1471146697086677001?s=20 - sorry for twatter)
Always the way that works.
Now recovering.

East coast infrastructure last week, now west coast this week, interesting
And Log4Shell everywhere. Early exploitation was in Minecraft chat. All you had to do is chat the right thing. Highest criticality; at a 10. Attending the Tenable webinar now.
Passengers this is your Captain speaking. Please fasten your seat belts, fold tray tables, and return your seats to their upright positions. We’re in for a little chop.
Ahhh now I want to watch Fight Club🐸
I’ve been out of internet for 5 days. Probably got a few weeks to go, if not months. Spectrum hub in Mayfield got destroyed, along with Mayfield itself during the storms Friday night. So millions are out of internet in and around Kentucky, Tennessee, and surrounding states. I mean we can’t complain, they are still finding bodies 50-60 miles away from the homes. A town a few miles away we’re hoping to help clean up in Tennessee, Saturday, lost a whole neighborhood. So for sure there are internet outages in the south, southeast.
There was an SEC meeting today. u/#q364
From what I've seen, MSM is leading with "stronger insider trading rules" as the main point from the meeting.
I wonder how many of the world's covid-control databases and apps will be affected ?
