The fines need to be greater than the incentives.
Yeah, do the math... 10k per day so if they die in 3 days that's only 30k. I'd swear I saw somewhere they get paid 32k per dead WuFlu patient. Probably was a higher number. The hospital will look at it like they get to break even on that one patient and still profit on all the others they get to kill that don't have court orders.
Seems to me all this will do is incentivize the hospital to kill that one patient as fast as possible.
What that judge needs to do is tell them if the patient dies without receiving the ivermectin within 24 hours... then they will be charged with manslaughter and put in a cell.

And the hospital refused. When they lost in court, they literally waited until the last minute to provide ivermectin. The family needs to sue the shit out of the hospital.

I called up this fire breather and invited him to my birthday party. I don’t like fire breathers. But, so many other people did the same thing. I gave him money, and asked him to breathe fire at my party.
