In number 1, there is no bone inside the cranial vault which would seem impossible given the size of the projectile and the brain is completely squished down and out of the way of the foreign body. The second has zero deformation of the kids facial structure and no blood, not even on his visible clothing. If he’d been cleaned up by that point there would be massive swelling and in all likelihood his facial bones would’ve been smashed, eye sockets deformed, etc.
