I watched this video 12 months ago….and just now it’s coming out again. There’s a better video and I believe it’s John Sullivan from within the room showing them handing the bats out the window….don’t quote me on the Sullivan part but that fucktard was in a lot of the shit that went down.

Because the people, a blonde woman and a man, inside the building aren't wearing riot gear like the people they're handing bats out to. Also the man appears to be wearing a headset. Why would the first line of attack to get inside not be wearing helmets, masks, goggles, gloves, vests etc? If they're on the same team[Antifa] they'd all be dressed the same..
What makes you think the guy passing the Baseball bats is capitol staff? I see no distinctive uniform. What it looks like to me is one rioter passing the bats to another.
