I know I sure wouldn’t sacrifice my freedom to remain non GMO or sacrifice my religious right or my right to breathe fresh air over a job. No murdered baby parts or cells will ever be put into my body!!!!
My understanding for fed contractors is that the lower court injunction blocking stands uless SCOTUS hears the case or another US Circut Court overturns. But if I recall correctly such a move to US 6th D.C. (from the 5th) was blocked.
Y'know it could have been with a huge Vit D the population push and early treatments with some of the therapeutics. Then the cat would be out of the bag on Vitamin D though and 25% of our medical industry would go bye bye.
They did it to save their own hide, which works for us in the short term. If they sided with the OSHA rule which was clearly an administrative reach (to say politely), it would have shut down the remaining economy as they would logically push it onto small biz, which is most of the workforce. Then, let your imagination run wild.

They didn't uphold that at all - they didn't rule on that. It's an entirely separate case.
