This was probably during the “okay sign is white supremacy” meme era in which Jack was on the front lines trolling the media in order to make a name for himself as the man who has hands with fingers that could curl like so.

Someone else would probably be better to answer this question but he claimed he knew who the creator of Q was. Those people he knew went as far as creating fake posts trying to act like Q as proof they were the creators. Those posts didn't even closely resemble Q's posts. MSM even got in on it to spin up some stories. It was all BS atleast from my vantage point.
Roughly 1.5 years ago or so If someone posted one of Jack's twatter posts numerous anons here would be ragging on the OP for the post. Those anons (the ones quick to dismiss jack and rightly so) almost always had the sauce but most have seemed to have left or have been banned for whatever reason. There are still many awesome people here it just seems a lot of knowledge from the early days of Q posting have been lost.
