how do you keep your feet warm in that kind of weather? Every pair of boots I buy, they're fine until the rubber of the boots gets cold, and then it's like wearing icepacks on your feet.
Waterproof boots also do a good job, especially since a lot of hikers trying to use them complain about the heat.

There's these little heat generator packs you can buy and stick in your shoes, gloves, anywhere you think you need'em. I use them all the time during the winter months and not expensive to do so.
