Would be interesting to know the number of nursing home deaths that were actually from covid vs with covid. It wouldn't surprise me if the 5% of covid deaths that were actually from covid were mostly from nursing homes.
Here in NY, the last of the sexual misconduct allegations against Cuomo, as far as criminal prosecution goes, has been dismissed. I wish some attorney would file a class-action lawsuit against Cuomo for the nursing home/senior center deaths on behalf of relatives of those lost. Cuomo deserves jail, but having him bankrupted wouldn't be bad.

Losing their job is not a form of punishment, being tried and found guilty--then the punishment can be put in place. They all need to face a consequence for what they did. Maybe, just maybe, others will then learn and not do these things.
