Yeah this is worded strangely. I'm assuming that is where the reporters "stand up" and do their reporting to the camera? If so, I don't know why there seems to be emphasis on "ALL TV NETORKS" have reported this, being that aren't they all next to each other when reporting? So of course if the power went out it would go out for them all. It's like saying:
"Sir, we have hundreds of employees reporting a power outage"
"You mean power is going out all over the world?!"
"Well no, they all work in the same building.."
I lost power and then had an EBS Test pop on. We have heavy wind here in northern Cali. I got excited when it went down and the EBS came on! But darn it! No cool “Storm Is Upon Us, White House Down, Red Rover Red Rover, Come On Man”, nothing. Just a lame old test.
Yep, I realized that now haha. It was almost exciting for like……. 1 second. Then when the scrolling words Alert Test came after Emergency, all the excitement drained.
