True, but sometimes it’s easier to take a sure win and then slowly expand it. The left has been doing that for decades and I’d love to see conservatives take that approach to things.
Too often we look at things as all or nothing and consider a compromise to be compromising our principles. Politics is won through compromise. You play it as an all or nothing game and you’ll usually get nothing.

You know, I don't buy into a lot of the theories that people bring forth but the one thing I do see is that a population too addicted to pleasure (of all sorts) tends to focus on those pleasures, and if you distract children from a young enough age by fostering such an addiction as this, they don't learn important things. Especially when schools are so focused on this.
It does warrant careful discussion, but unfortunately neither side will be willing to hear the other's reasons or excuses.

I'd like to see people like DeSantis and other leaders with a spine make it a point to have others in the room take their cellphones and turn around and record the lying Marxist filth, say their names a few times, make sure to get the spelling correct, and remind these demonic ass-wipes that their reckoning is fast approaching. Make these marxist filth a subject of the news themselves, let them know that people online across the country will be watching them and tracking their attempts at pushing narratives. Shine the light back on these demons, don't just diffuse the mud they try to sling.
Midterm elections and the red tsunami couldn't come soon enough. Get the friggin' Smith-Mundt Modernization Act repealed and make it a crime - with jail time, steep penalties and confiscation of their own personal property - for the press to lie and try to deceive. They should also lose their press passes and be prohibited from attending press functions. (I've assumed, btw, that the sleazeball attempting to spew his narrative was a member of the press. He may or may not be, but he nonetheless should be highlighted and tracked).
