And another reason I still havent hardened my stance against Pence (along with the Chris Miller speech on Space Force anniversary). At this point it doesnt matter what I think. The truth will come out and Pence will get what he deserves one way or another.
This is an information war. Moves and countermoves. Psyops from both sides. The fog of war. Mark down data points but wait until hard evidence is presented before making up your mind on matters where our opinion is trivial at this point in time.
Pence fan when he was in the House, followed his career for years. Never got my spidey senses tingling (unlike Rubio, Cruz, etc.). So either Trump completely fooled by him or Pence is the real deal. There is just no other way to square Miller's speech.
what we are looking at here is going over my head. guess i am just tired. the pence maneuver was strange to me. who would want the vice president to have the power to accept and refuse electors to the point they could decide who was president it would be a dangerous precident. POTUS made it 4 years with everyone going against him. pence a traitor? he had 4 years to blow everything up and didnt. I am still withholding judgement on him.

I'm actually glad I didn't know this when Trump was president. Now I get why the Left pushed so hard for the 25th. It's also why they also try to make sure the VP is one of theirs. The VP is insurance against a president who tries to stop them. They changed the law a few years AFTER Kennedy. Gee, I wonder why...
I cant even imagine the reaction from We the People in this scenario. I dont think even the most braindead sheep believes Kamala is a serious person capable of being President. This would probably be the final red pill; the one that wakes up all but the 4% to 6%.

POTUS doesn't oversee the Jan 6th certification. That's for the VP. If I'm right and Pence wasn't VP, but POTUS during the Jan 6th procedures, then the entire thing was void.

Exactly. Most interpreted and continue to interpret Trump saying that as a threat to Biden being replaced by Kamala. I always thought of him meaning that the 25th was already used... by Trump himself. Not section 4, but section 3. Congress not involved. Just VP, Speaker, Senate Pro Tempore. Pence, Pelosi, Grassley. Trust Grassley, Trust Kansas. Pelosi is the obvious only hiccup... but if she's been turned, was put under arrest, sworn to secrecy under national security order etc... all could have happened without Congress or the public knowing.
Media wanted to paint Trump as a dictator psycho who had to be dragged out of the white house by the military. By secretly arranging this hypothetical scenario, he'd be able to prevent giving the enemy what they wanted, while still pulling the strings or at the least influencing behind the scenes. While the enemy is distracted with trying to impeach Trump again, investigate him, sue him, try to get him barred from future office, blame him for the Jan 6th false flag, keep all the eyes and cameras on Trump, the real, legal shot caller is behind the scenes working with the military running covert ops. Congress, the media, the public has no clue... shell game... Trump is the distraction so that the real moves can be made and Trump's plan, or rather the Patriots' plan, can play out. Trump, on a personal level, gets out of the situation, protected, secured, only gaining in popularity amongst his followers, even converting others, turning them against Dems/RINOs or at least making them question them. Opens the door for a Trump return in 2024, or sooner, or a vindicated exit.
