Ivermectin will help with arthritis. I take NAC every day too.

How often do you take the ivermectin? I’ve been taking black seed oil and that helps.

Once or twice a week or once a month depending how I feel. Proximity to vaccinated people effects me and these supplements help shield and cure me. My post history has the whole story starting summer 2021

I have been taking NAC daily for about a year. It has done wonders for my allergies. It really reduced flem. Knock on wood… no illness whatsoever in over 2 years.

I would recommend turmeric and stop eating processed carbs and sugar for the arthritis. Both reduce inflammation. I shattered my elbow years ago. I had terrible arthritis. Im lifting weights again and surfing w almost zero arthritis pain.

For arthritis, I take MSM (methylsulfonylmethane). I began to have aching in my fingers, It works. You can buy it as tablets or a powder. It takes a few weeks to feel the benefits. I buy it from Swanson Health Products.

Rub the liquid form into your joints and around it and it heals it like nothing else ever has for me. DMSO liquid.

Yes. I use DMSO too. It has something to do with organic sulfur. Supposedly DMSO can actually penetrate the skin.

My joint pain was so helped with L-Cysteine (a part of NAC), bromelain, quercetin, tumeric, and most of all, ashwaganda and willow bark, that I forget that I ever had issues. I also detox with other items.

willow bark has salicillin aka natural aspirin. Your body converts it to salisillic acid which reduces inflammation (it’s aspirin)

I rub DMSO into the sore joint - poof - instant pain and inflammation relief like nothing else. It appears to be making the issue go away over time, too.

I did a one week detox with NAC and some in other things about six months ago. It went ok I have lots of energy after I don't have any conditions to do it for so a week was already pushing my ability to stick with a weird diet.

I've been taking one 600mg per day for several months to add to my 22 other supplements I've been taking for years. But coincidentally, I came across this article today that makes we want to take more of them each day according to the study below:

https://journals.lww.com/eurojgh/Abstract/2009/08000/N_acetylcysteine_prevents_carbon.12.aspx

Conclusions were: 300 mg/kg of NAC orally once a day for 8 weeks, prevented serum liver damage and cirrhosis (in subjects they were creating injury to), and prevented oxidative stress, while increasing collagen production seven-fold!

So, I'm planning to increase my daily dosage and see what benefits I might gain!

How about you?

I was advised to take 900mg a day for 3 weeks for a detox because I was having terrible pain in my fingers. I would barely hit it on something and the whole joint would get a knot and hurt for a day till I hit it again. I think I’m supposed to stop after 3 weeks but after 3 days it seems to help quite a bit so o wondered how others were taking it.

I was getting gnarly rashes from supplemental progesterone therapy. My liver was sluggish and overloaded. Started using the NAC and saw improvement within 4 hours.

People take NAC to increase their glutathione levels because glutathione normally does not absorb well directly.

However NAC also can cause mild side effects in some people, especially those with inflammation as it can cause a histamine spike intolerable to some people with "long-covid" or vaccine side effects.

Glutathione is available in a liposomal form which is absorbed much better than regularly available glutathione and is much less expensive than glutathione injections.

I use Aurora Labs product however you can easily make this product yourself very cheaply using an ultrasonic cleaner available for ~$80 and extremely cheaply available bulk vitamin c and an appropriate lipid. Plenty of recipes are available if you search around. It's common enough it's easy to find information about.

I'd also recommend looking into liposomal vitamin C. I've been using this to treat people experiencing clot shot MCAS-like symptoms to much better success than normal vitamin C.

The dose on the bottle is what I'd be recommend tbh

It's already a high dose AND it's in the most bioavailable form.

I wouldn't take more without doing more significant research for yourself.

I've seen people have excellent results using the dose on the bottle.

Also a must: no processed food or carbs like any kind of sugars, including corn syrup and hidden sugar. No white bread, alcohol (liquid sugar), etc. It halted the onset of osteoarthritis for me.

I have been taking 500 mg daily for about 6 months, along with the other supplements on the Zelenko protocol. Unfortunately, I haven't noticed much difference in my arthritis. I do eat carbs and sugar so maybe that's the problem as others have mentioned.

Yes it is, carbs/sugar leads to increased insulin-spikes and glucose production causing inflammation in the body.

I take 600 mg every day, as does my spouse and two adult children. So far, no ill effects. We also take one any time we have to take a Tylenol or Ibuprofen because it will restore the Glutathione (beneficial) that gets removed when you take one of the NSAIDS.

Make sure you are taking a trace minerals supplement (zinc, selenium and magnesium for men, zinc magnesium and copper for women) because long term NAC use depletes trace metals (since it detoxes EVERYTHING!)

I take NAC twice daily (600 mg x 2) because I have asthma and I researched years ago that it helped with respiratory issues. It obviously works because when the rona (a respiratory disease) plandemic started, the FDA made moves to make NAC a prescription and remove it from the OTC health food and natural food markets.

Do you take the NAC daily? Do you notice a oil/gel in the urine that sinks to the bottom? Sorry to be gross but I got scared when I saw it.

I found this on healthline.com: "Why is my pee dark yellow and sinks?"

"Dark urine is most commonly due to dehydration. However, it may be an indicator that excess, unusual, or potentially dangerous waste products are circulating in the body. For example, dark brown urine may indicate liver disease due to the presence of bile in the urine."

or this:

"What does it mean when my urine is so heavy, it immediately settles to the bottom of the toilet and leaves the rest of the water uncolored? There are several reasons why it might do so, but the simple explanation is that the urine is denser than the water and so it sinks.

Being dehydrated will make it denser, it’ll have more salt in it and it’ll sink. Having more protein in it will make it sink too, as could such things as a kidney or maybe bladder infection.

If it stops sinking like this when you drink more fluids, probably not a worry but if not, I think I’d see a doctor, if only to rule out possible infections."
