Is the mouth top left Hebrew characters? The right side at least looks like Hebrew 6 (vav). Only know because of the monster energy drink which resembles 666 in Hebrew

The Nose/Mouth are not INVERTED, they are ROTATED.
(Equivalent to flipped both up/down and left/right.)
There are also two extra Q's. (All four corners, not just two.)

There's a missing arrow in the Q version compared to the regular ones, near the hand.
Also, the inverted mouth isn't exactly the same either.
Good eye, but I think it's just a small editing glitch.
The mouth is different because some of it has been covered up (with white) when the eye area was flipped.
I think the missing arrow might depend on 'which' Queen of Spades they started with.
On Wiki, the Queen of Spades has the matching bright blue, and the arrow is already 'missing'.
