Brandon was never elected. Think about it. Who won? That guy should be put into his rightful office, or another non-fraudulent election held to put him there. He should also get another term after serving out this farce if he wants one since he was cheated out of his rightful term.
Devolution is the only way, as it would be equal Biden never actually being POTUS.
Think back...
It was not a typical inauguration. Not typical Military ceremony.
Currently congress can still pass legislation and fund things but Biden has no war-time powers.
If he is POTUS then all bets are off that Trump can return and kick Bidens damage out the window.
However, it does seem like Biden has some powers as Trumps EO's were cancelled the day Biden took office.
If white-hats are in control, they ordered Biden to cancel all of Trump's Executive Orders which produced the closest the United States has been to energy independence since the 1950s.
It's definitely exposed the climate change agenda...
Two years would never be long enough to clear up the mess made not only by Biden, but by other Presidents and the CIA, DOJ, CDC, NIH, HHS, IRS, FDA, and other infiltrated agencies. This took place over decades, centuries. World wide corruption is obvious, most of it perpetrated by the U.S. and globalists. They have been working towards a NWO for a long time.
No disrespect, but there is a 0% chance you or anyone else here will actually take up arms and go 1776. 0%. I love this community like my own family but let’s not pretend that we’re actual soldiers. We’re keyboard warriors.
I agree, with the caveat that there is no strategy, no push, no leader, no center. Imagine if the rightful president asserted that devolution was in place. Dems, Rino's, and their supporters start a violent coup to preserve power.
In this circumstance, someone has our backs. Trump and any police or troops loyal to the constitution and to honest elections will be helping us out. As it is now, even good fighters aren't going to stick their necks out, even though Americans are technically, legally, ethically justified.
Maybe he did have the intestinal fortitude. The people needed to be "woke up", so what he did was to prolong the period of time for them to learn about all of the bad things that are happening in the world. If Pence had² invalidated all that would have been accomplished was for the leftist minions to dig their heels in harder and not see that their overloards are truly bad people. Maybe Pence did a good thing.
Do you consider the federal government legitimate?
Act accordingly.
As for me and my house, Joe Biden is a pedophile traitor who will be treated accordingly. If he sends his agents to my house, they will be welcomed with due respect.
Even if, for whatever reason, the legislation wouldn't be immediately struck down and judges "fired" because they are as illegitimate as Biden, I'm guessing "we have it all" includes those judges. They are not above the law and are punishable for crimes. So if they're swinging by their necks, they are no longer judge. At least that's what I'm hoping. But I wouldn't know, I'm not a lawyer. :D
The election can't be overturned. The only way would be to either have a new election, or have Kamala resign, Biden appoint Trump as VP, then Biden resigns. Neither of which has any realistic possibility of happening.
I think part of the idea is to wake us up to how unofficial the results have always been. Especially the last few years, the results are as easy to find out as the county person in charge saying who won and having signed witnesses agree. We now know that even if the witness recants and claims they were forced to agree to it, and every employee in the county sues their boss claiming he faked the results, as long as the media and courts tell them that they are wrong without listening to them or outright ignore them, they can install whoever they want.
I think once the shit hits the fan all the REEEE'S are going to have a very difficult time because at that point their muh feelings gravy train will have been long gone.
Imagine being in DC, wanting statehood, when in a surprise a stuffed omnibus bill grants you statehood (not like they haven't already been pretending they are anyways, flying 51 star flags all over the city).
Proving fraud and taking statehood away could start a massive inorganic riot that makes 2020 look like 2014. Even still it should be done if they do that.
What I want to know is if Democrats get statehood by one vote, what happens when the next Republican majority Congress votes to take away their statehood citing the constitution? You'll have one side citing the part where states may not lose statehood and the other side citing the fact that Washington DC was never meant to be a state at all (hence the District of Columbia part, Columbia being the name of the unitary state that was proposed as an alternative to The United States during it's founding)
I remember from school, when they actually taught you about government, that DC was not made a state so it was neutral and as a state, couldn't have considerably more power via corruption from power hungry dicks. Man our Founders were smart people. Me? Not so much.
Seems fraud would invalidate everything that emanated from it
Supreme Court precedent “Fraud vitiates Everything”.
Supreme Court 2020 election precedent: "We're not taking the case"
“No standing”
The No Standing argument drives me bananas.
Moot point
There ya go!

Its important to note that only some of his EO's were cancelled. In fact he has renewed a few of the more interesting ones.
If white-hats are in control, they ordered Biden to cancel all of Trump's Executive Orders which produced the closest the United States has been to energy independence since the 1950s.

It was a Coup. so not only is everything done by biden 'illegal', everyone in on it, is guilty of treason.
Amen

2A and the duty to overthrow tyranny.
It is not simply a "right" of an American citizen to overthrow tyranny it is OUR DUTY
No disrespect, but there is a 0% chance you or anyone else here will actually take up arms and go 1776. 0%. I love this community like my own family but let’s not pretend that we’re actual soldiers. We’re keyboard warriors.
Mostly armed keyboard warriors
…who are too afraid of “mUh fAlSe FlAgS” to ever do anything with them
Speak for yourself.
How many years have you been in this fight and done nothing but sit behind your keyboard?

What are you waiting for?
Yep
By failing to adhere to the constitution, the very essence of the federal government is violated. That is, it ceases to exist.
They can certify anything they want, but they can't change the constitution with a vote.
The election was invalid. There was nothing to certify. There probably hasn't been a real election in the US for the past 50 years +.
Which part of the constitution are you referring to?
Does that include 2016?
Almost all of it is violated by the current fed gov to one degree or another.
Marbury v. Madison was wrong.
Maybe he did have the intestinal fortitude. That's how I think about it. Most of us would never know the depths of tyranny or depravity if it hadn't happened this way.
Not in practice it seems though

Anything Brandon, the house or the senate put into effect should be reviewed and should be overturned, immediately!
Agreed
No.
This is the government we are talking about. Don't kid yourself.
Even if, for whatever reason, the legislation wouldn't be immediately struck down and judges "fired" because they are as illegitimate as Biden, I'm guessing "we have it all" includes those judges. In part. The placing of the judge would be undone, but the leaving of their old post would not be undone.
Hence why Kamala was so hesitant to resign long after her "victory"
And taxes to a illegitimate government?
Not me!

This is not another four year election
YES.
IF you're thinking they'll remove Kentaji Jackson, they won't. The REEEEEE so hard about how racist it is to remove her, that it'll never happen.
I think once the shit hits the fan all the REEEE'S are going to have a very difficult time because at that point their muh feelings gravy train will have been long gone.
I could see that scenario too, I sure your hope your scenario is the correct one.
It had better!!
I'm loving that question. I would say " YES!"
