Agree, take some action to keep these weapons out of the wrong hands. If you dont have a way to move them yourself, call a local landscaper or contractor - or sabotage the whole operation by pouring thinset cement over the pile.

It would be such poetic justice if a group could coordinate the collection and then the donation of these bricks to a Faith Based Organization, building homes for struggling mothers trying to do the right thing in a bad situation.
