FCC declares Biden's ministry of truth to be unconstitutional. Imagine that.

Literally Biden's plan for everything blatantly illegal that the progressives love is prefaced with "I know this will get struck down as unconstitutional, but I hope to try and affect as many people as possible before the courts try to stop me."
And yet Trump was impeached because...no one knows why he was impeached other than being a threat to the establishment.
They just needed it till the midterms.
Biden was just trying to counter his eventual truth to buy himself a few more days on the planet.
Hey, everybody has some compromising naked pictures... Why did I bring that up just now? Where's my ice cream?
Hey, everybody's son works on biolabs in Ukraine. C'mon, man.
LOL
Any illegal order given under color of authority MUST by disobeyed. Everyone has a duty to disobey it. Failure to disobey is to be complicit in its illegal activity.
What happens when they just make it legal?
The only way it would become legal would be if they destroyed the constitution. In order for them to determine all truth they would need to suppress all speech they didn't agree with.
There is only one truth and Jesus Christ is that Truth. In John 14:6 Jesus said, " “I am the way, and the truth, and the life; no one comes to the Father but through Me.
What does it matter if the FCC director says this? It's still going forward, right?
Can the FCC shut this down? If not, who is going to shut it down? A recent House of Representative vote shutting it down just failed. I read that 20 State AGs oppose the so-called 'Disinformation Governance Board' (DGB). There ought to be lawsuits flying right and left. Where are they?
Precursor for states election decertification?
I'm on board with you, even though it might be wishful thinking.
With the FCC saying this, it for sure opens up lawsuit capability.
I hope so, but it is also plausible the jurisdiction is in Washington DC.
At least they TELL you openly that they are governing you via disinformation.
Meanwhile, patriots don't live by "disinformation governance." We live by LAWS.
If something is a law, and the law was passed without fraud so it's legit, then we are inclined to obey it. If it's a mandate, an illegal law, an order, etc., then there is no need to obey and a duty to disobey, as noted above.
Use of the word "governance" IMHO is intended to get Americans used to the sound and the idea of "global governance".
Like we say "gain of function" research as if it were legit. If it were called what it really is, gain of danger (GOD) research, then I bet things would be different.
Then wouldn't Trump's election interference EOs and such also be illegal orders? These are affected by the same presidential powers, not legislated on, and only decided and then pushed by the executive office.
An EO tells agency stooges what to do. It can't be used to tell ordinary citizens what to do.
Something something men who would pervert the constitution.
I'm gonna need to see some arrests for this shit.
But but but... I thought the Dems control everything!?! How can this be unless...
Does this declaration from the FCC have teeth to it?
Unconstitutional never stopped a Democrat communist
Or a Republican communist…yup there’s lots of them giving away the money they steal from you right now
Awesome news, thanks OP! Upvoted.
It's incredibly rare that someone in this administration is actually sane.
BTW for anyone who happens to care, this sentence:
...should end with [sic], not [stet].
The former means the writer is quoting another writer's error verbatim, and not making the error himself.
The latter is an editor's instruction to typesetters to LEAVE a word or phrase as is—which wouldn't happen, since it's obviously misspelled.

I vaguely remember 4-6 years ago, the media demonized Ajit Pai and made a big deal out of a lot of things they were proposing. I remember falling for the narrative, but since the great awakening, I'm beginning to think Ajit Pai is actually a good person -- and with more recent statements by him, maybe he is a whitehat all along
PANIC IN D.C.
I fucking love it!!

New FCC Director in 3, 2, 1…
It's good to know that someone in our national government has two brain cells to rub together, and isn't too big a coward to do it. The bureaucracy is subordinate to the president and can't make him do anything, but they don't have to enforce illegal law. But didn't 20 state attorneys general write a letter to Biden saying they will file charges if he doesn't get rid of the ministry of truth?
