With all of the Durham hype going on around here, I thought that this needed to be said to bring some people back to reality. I'm praying that Sussman gets convicted, but the deck is truly stacked against the prosecution right now.
The judge in the case refused to dismiss a juror who's daughter plays on the same sports team as Sussman's daughter, and on top of that, there are 3 Clinton campaign donors and an AOC donor on the same jury.
Not trying to doom, but this isn't as sure of a thing as some are making it seem. Hopefully these people have changed their minds since then and they do what's right for the nation. If Durham gets a conviction, then they truly cannot stop what is coming
Keep in mind that White Hats are playing the long game.
Sussman is one piece, but not a very important one. He is a step to catching the big fish.
I get the feeling that the Sussmann indictment and trial are a bit of a trial run to get some of this information out there and see how it plays with the media and the public.
The judge is definitely a problem
The only reason I question all what looks obviously wrong, is I remind myself that Durham would have let the judge recuse. That came up and it wasn’t seemingly even considered an option.
Seems so weird and out of place that it feels like it was done for a reason.
Durban could have asked for a recusal. He reportedly declined.
I think half of the Sussman trial is just getting any version of these goons stories on record.
The following trials they'll come up on the stand again and have to spin another story that doesn't conflict. There are too many cases and lies and it'll eventually catch up to them. Consider even Sussman right now. They are wasting ammo covering up a lie to the FBI--a charge which is only tangential to their real crimes.
The real power strategy would be to let Sussman take the fall and have Zhou pardon him. But is Zhou really in power?
My hope is that the Q team already is aware of the problems within the judicial system and they're just using the 2020 steal, the Durham investigation, Jan 6th, etc, etc as evidence when they finally drop the hammer. Like, hopefully this is just the white hats widening the net to catch more and more of the bad guys so that we can transition to a clean up phase instead of needing to chase down a bunch of cockroaches that escaped initial dropping of the hammer.
Yes, that the way I see it too. It's all strategic.
Perhaps it's not that important whether the cockroach Sussman gets convicted or not. It's already revealing lots through testimony and discovery. I don't want any large portions of the swamp to get away, or any large players.
My theory is that the judge and liberal jury members are necessary to show the public that everything is on the up-and-up.
That is until they stab us in the back. We shall see.

It seems to me that regardless of what happens, the box has been opened. People who heard it can't unhear it. For people starting to open their eyes this very well may awaken them.

In DC, he would have likely been stuck with a bad judge regardless. He did request that the juror who knew Sussman's daughter be removed but the judge denied the motion
Probably wouldn't help very much to ditch the other juror's either considering how liberal DC is. Honestly there should have been a change of venue but that would likely have been declined as well
These are people in the jury pool. Not all of them are primary jurors. At least that's what my understanding is.
The most important part of the first Durham trial is for Sussman to be acquitted due to DS interference of the Judge and Jury. They probably have FISA set up on them already documenting the DSBS.

Does it matter?
Is Sussman, put in jail, more valuable than the witness testimony being told and recorded under oath and in public?

IDK, maybe you are correct. But maybe there’s more than just a conviction. Maybe Q is testing the witnesses to make sure they’ll sing on command?
Also a reminder jury nullification can be used by patriots.
