My double vaxxed flatmate now has a cold for the 2nd time this year, plus he also had COVID (RAT test).
My triple vaxxed friend and his triple vaxxed family (including kids) have had someone sick in their house at all times this year. He's also had COVID twice this year and is now sick with a "cold".
In fact all my vaxxed friends have had multiple illnesses, colds, and COVID this year.
Me, unvaxxed, couldn't catch COVID off my flatmate and I haven't been sick for years.
I caught a spring cold last week. Sore throat, and sinus pressure type stuff. Decided to stay outside and cut wood instead of lay in bed. Within 24 hours I was feeling 100%. There is something to be said for being out in the sun and sweating when you catch a bug. Everything we were told about staying indoors when sick was complete hogwash.
This. I came down with a cold Friday but stayed busy, spent time outdoors etc. Saturday I got up, did a bunch of landscaping in the 90F heat, smoked 2 racks of ribs, did up a bunch of jalapeno poppers, took the family to camp and had some folks over. Polished off 5-6 beers (and plenty of water). Ate like a champ despite body aches and a sore throat, stuffy nose. 6AM rise 11PM sleep. Woke up today and I'm 7/10ths, tomorrow I expect to be better.
For my job throughout the plandemic, I went into people's homes for 1-2 hours all day every day. Refused the slave mask every time. Most clients 65+. That's thousands of homes. During the deadliest pandemic knownses to manses. To quote Elon Musk, 💩
To be fair, this cold season at least where we live has been especially terrible.
We've had 6-7 colds pass through our family of 3 in the past 5 months. My good friend has had the same, and we don't spend much time together so we're not passing it back and forth. None of us are vaxxed, all of us (adults) take C, D, Zinc, Quercetin, etc. Shit the last one my wife and daughter had was so bad it lasted almost 2 weeks with the cough. I took ivermectin paste for 5 days and avoided that one thankfully.
Try 5 drops of on guard oil and 5 drops of oregano in a capsule and take every 4-5 hours at the onset of first cold symptoms. In 24 hours, any symptoms will be gone or just about. Continie oils until symptom free.
The oregano in capsule has done wonders. Both my kids had strep back in December and the stomach bug over spring break. I took the capsules and never had anything. And my kids are pretty young, so when they’re sick they sleep in our bed for all the snuggles, so I was definitely exposed to all their germs.
I get my capsules at either Sprouts or Whole Foods

According to my friends, I'm just lucky.

I'm disabled, so I couldn't exactly go outside when I caught COVID.
But I knew how to prepare for it--I'd bought lots of Vitamins C and D, zinc, and quercetin beforehand. I also drank a LOT of orange juice.
I got over it in 12 hours and haven't had it since, though I did get an unrelated sinus infection earlier this year, also dealt with with Vitamin C.
But yes, going outside is something we need to do more, whenever possible. I miss playing baseball.
Betterhalf and I did B,C,D and zinc. Also drank airborne Elderberry and took about a week.
Any ivermectin too?
No, I didn't get the ivermectin until later.
I have three tubes NOW, but not at the time.

The cream_y protocol
Can I get this in a handy pill form?
Can confirm. Up today, took doggo on a quick 2mi walk. Feeling great. 9/10ths!
A pill form of the @cream_y protocol would remove 99% of the fun!
I could get behind 1,2,4 and 4 (again).
People are also lazy.
*boywise ^^
sitting in a hot car works wonders too
Like a sauna session? I agree, sweating is great. Especially if you can repeatedly jolt your system with a cold shower/jump in a pool throughout.
Sweating is one of the best ways to get better. It detoxes you quickly.

Where do you source your oils?
Siggots,
You're not just lucky but simply a critical thinker, apparently, per Q, chosen a job... not a jab?
