Apparently, according to this article, the first guy (Angel Garza) seems to be her stepfather and the second guy (Alfred Garza) is her real father. They both have the same last name I guess?

Also, it's possible CNN and NBC coordinated this coverage on purpose, so they could then say anybody spreading this information is cuckoo for cocoa puffs.
