I read the two articles that you linked. They want to continue to use up all of the EUA jabs they've manufactured before manufacturing anything else. Plus there is no liability under a jab given under the Emergency Use Authorization.

If it is proven the trials were fraudulent (which they were), that would then remove the legal immunity shield Pfizer has. I doubt though that would happen though as our court system is corrupt to the core.
Guess all those who said President Trump was at fault with Operation Warp Speed should rethink this, since the Big Pharma pulled a bait and switch-approval for one drug by the FDA, but instead produced something entirely different. I would say all involved are culpable: big Pharma, FDA, scientists who created, distributed something than that was approved. Sue them into oblivion.
I agree. How many people died or were seriously injured by this poison distributed free to the victim, paid for by tax dollars? A scam of global proportions, they played fast and loose with people's heath. Where in medicine is there a one-size-fits-all for anyone except these vaccines? It was a purposeful effort to depopulate the planet and enrich themselves in the process. The world will not rest until there is justice for these criminals.
Exactly right. It infuriates me as a former health professional that hospital administrators (many with just business degrees) are dictating practice to physicians. The CDC, FDA, and Big Pharma are blackmailing hospitals by saying push the Covid shot and mandate it to your employees or we will not reimburse you for Medicare and Medicaid patients.

Just two days ago Senate Republican demand answers about royalty payments to National Health Institute employees and now Pfizer quietly admits 12 hours ago it will never manufacture the original FDA-Approved Covid vaccine. Looks like Pfizer wants to get ahead of the questions that may be asked.
I salute anyone who read this trash and understood what was actually being said and what is being done. In any event, I will never get the jab, but this was high level obfuscation, if you ask me. Here's my real response: Huh?????
Comirnaty is a legally distinct product from the emergency use authorization (EUA) shots, and It has never made its way to market. For months on end, no such vaccine has ever become available. Those who received the “Pfizer shot(s)” have been injected with the emergency use authorization (EUA) version of the shots.
The one that got approved was just pretend, but no one really knew it, and kept getting the death jab. Now the one that got approved isn't going to be the one they make - they are going to make a new one.
Also, Moderna calls its jab the SpikeVax. hahaha

It's obvious Big Pharma is too Big to be sentenced to prison time for any of it's crime convictions. Sure, we might see the rare 'show' trial of someone that refuses to play the game, but never do we see accountability to the vast majority of crimes committed in Big Pharma. Instead of crimes, they are provided "settlements". that is, 'fines'.
Has anyone seen the astounding list of repeated conviction of crimes that Big Pharma gets away with? Any other company committing a single one of these crimes would jeopardize their license to operate. The company leadership would be prosecuted for criminality and would face prison time.
Is this the reason why there's a revolving door between the FDA and Big Pharma? Is it their safety net? What FDA or CDC heads are ever prosecuted for the crime convictions of the pharmaceutical company they headed?
Wikipedia provides a list of list of the 20 largest pharmaceutical settlements (ergo, convictions), but the list is at least 10 times larger for all the convictions over the years. I have seen this list, but now can't seem to find it now. It appears the pharmaceutical industry is provided a perpetual string of settlements instead of spending prison time for the conviction. What an understatement that is. It's a mafia that has taken over the federal government and 200,000 Americans die every year due to prescription drugs alone. This doesn't address maiming and injuring the millions of more Americans.
Why does government protect Big Pharma? The reason is it has become a very effective instrument of death. All governments, especially centralized governments partake in democide; the killing of its own citizens for money and power. Centralization of government has a nasty habit of making those in seats of power, especially when they don't answer to the public, to think of themselves as modern day gods.

I do not disagree with you here, but I want to challenge you to consider thinking about all of this and similar issues from a different perspective.
When the Founding Fathers experienced the crimes against human (fundamental) rights that the British government was inflicting upon the colonists, they were likely pissed off at first, then it became outrageous, and then they took action.
I am not calling for a revolution, but simply to think about how they went through a mental process of changing their perspective from victim status to empowerment status.
We have been subjected to such abuse by employees of government for so long, that we have started to think from the victimhood viewpoint, when we should be thinking from the "we are the boss" viewpoint.
I recently ran across a very interesting federal statute, at 28 USC 2072. Note paragraph (b):
This refers to the rules of federal court, as it relates to rules of procedure and admission of evidence. Did you catch the key words?
Such rules (of court procedure and admission of evidence in a court case) ... SHALL NOT ABRIDGE ... ANY SUBSTANTIVE RIGHT (of the individual).
Why is that there? Because the Constitution DEMANDS that the government (which was created by the Constitution) MUST FOLLOW the natural law principle of the purpose of why a government exists in the first place. From the Declaration of Independence:
"We hold these truths ... that in order to secure these rights, governments are instituted among men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed."
The Constitution created a federal government, which derived its just (lawful) powers from the consent of the People. That document requires that the government may NOT infringe on the fundamental rights of the People. The only exception to that is that a particular individual's rights may be violated IF AND ONLY IF it is done through Due Process of Law (i.e. they must be prosecuted and given Due Process).
Much of the frustration that people have today is not understanding or not accepting that the federal government, in particular, has LIMITED AUTHORITY.
If you actually read any executive order, statute, regulation, etc. from the perspective of this LIMITED AUTHORITY, you will ALWAYS find that some sort of color of law is used to "make it look good," but in reality there is NO SUBSTANCE for those situations where they actually violate the law and only pretend to honor it.
A great example was the "CDC guideline" for wearing face masks on public transportation. First off, the CDC is a federal government agency and ONLY has authority (if it has any at all) for (a) federal government employees everywhere, and (b) the general population WITHIN THE FEDERAL TERRITORIES AND ENCLAVES. This means they do NOT have any authority within the States, generally.
When I read their official statement on their "guideline," I looked for the legal clause about where they claim that they had legal authority for this action. In order for the CDC employees to do ANYTHING, the MUST ALWAYS have permission to do it from someone higher than themselves. Sure enough, it was near the bottom of their statement, and they cited specific sections of a specific federal statute.
So, I looked that up, and guess what? That law did NOT provide any authority for any agency to demand face masks on anyone. It was ONLY for (a) "items" (animals, plants, and inanimate objects) coming into the US that might be harmful, and (b) LOCATIONS under federal government control, such as ports of entry in sea ports. And all of it was for quarantines only. Nothing else.
Of course, neither the CDC nor the media mentioned the LIMITS of the jurisdication of the "guideline" (which was not even a regulation demanding anything, but merely a suggestion).
At this point in American history, I suspect that the vast majority of law school graduates themselves have no idea about the truth of federal jurisdication, just as most medical school graduates have no idea bout the truth of Germ Theory.
Now, more to your point, the idea that drug makers could be given "immunity" for harm caused to others is LAUGHABLE.
No person, whether police officer, judge, politician, NIAID director, or CEO of a private drug manufacturing company ... repeat, NO PERSON ... may have immunity for CRIMINAL ACTS. Period.
At MOST, the federal government can tell the courts not to prosecute a criminal or civil case against them. Even that cannot stand if the allegation is about a crime. In any case, the federal government has LIMITED authority, and they have NO AUTHORITY to tell the state courts what to do or not do.
I see no reason why state courts could not hold the drug companies accountable for their criminal actions. And any judges or prosecutors who will not do their duty can be ... REPLACED ... and even ... PROSECUTED themselves.
Finally, most people have heard about the "Miranda warning" when a cop "reads you your rights" when arrested. What most people do not know is that the Miranda case was NOT specifically about reading someone their rights. That was the end result, but the actual key decision by the court was this:
"Where rights secured by the Constitution are concerned, there can be no rule making or legislation which would abrogate them." -- Miranda v. Arizona, 384 US 436 (1966).
In addition, the law on fraud is:
"Fraud vitiates every thing." -- US v. Throckmorton, 98 US 61 (1876)
The reason that 28 USC 2072(b) exists is because the RULE OF LAW in America is that NO LEGISLATURE (including Congress), and NO AGENCY can issue any statute or regulation that would violate the fundamental rights of the People.
This would include a so-called "vaccine court" that purports to protect individuals from criminal prosecution and personal liability for criminal acts.
If more of us start thinking in these terms, and use the State governments to hold criminals accountable -- including the corrupt judges and attorneys, THEN we will begin the process of taking back our America.
And not one minute before then.

Look up 'Law Positive" versus "Common Law". Law schools mainly teach 'Law Positive' with 'Common Law' mentioned in passing. 'Law Positive' is the predominant law of the land. Even the law school students are brainwashed.

Law of creation - He who creates a thing, controls a thing. We created government, we control government. Our constitutions (state/federal) delegate SPECIFIC/ LIMITED authority to government. If authority is not specifically delegated in our constitutions, it does NOT exist. We delegated the authority (to our government) to create a LIMITED number of departments to protect and serve our God given rights. Statutes/rules/regulations created by our government ONLY apply to public servants, NOT we the people. We the people are bound to the (American) Common Law, not the statutory authority of government.

If there is a new FDA-approved vax doesn't it void the emergency approval? Can the emergency one be still in use if there is a "better" one?
Is Phizer gonna show everyone that they're not going to release the "better" one and they're going to jab us with the risky one because they don't wanna be sued?

The EAU is what the pharmaceutical industry is hiding behind. There is no officially approved COVID vaxxxines that are available. The redefining of what a vaccine is in comparison to gene therapy is another matter.
Comirnaty is the only FDA-approved COVID-19 vaccine made by Pfizer for BioNTech. It is not available for use in the USA. These mandates are driven by the bait and switch of the FDA that we "now have an approved vaccine". We do not have an approved vaccine in America.
According to the FDA letter, it looks like that Pfizer BioNtech labeled shot is still under EUA (liability shield), while their re-branded Comirnaty, which likely won't be produced until 2023, is the one that was "approved" by the FDA (no liability shield). So, I'd imagine some genius under mandate, or lawyers, will request the Comirnaty (approved version) from their employer, then when its not available to be given, they will file a wrongful termination lawsuit. Of course, the argument on the other side will be the claim that both are the same chemical compounds. Which, even if true (it appears so), then why the two distinct legal entities? (other than to shield Pfizer from liability) Hint: FDA Switcheroo.
I wouldn't be the least bit surprised if Pfizer, Moderna, J&J and the other one form a conglomerate and call themselves I.G. Farben.
