No they don't. Back in my Navy days, I spent time in Bahrain, waiting to be flown out to Nimitz during a 6 math deployment. We were briefed on local customs, govt, people, etc. One of the topics was pedophilia, and we were expressly forbidden from reporting any pedo related crimes to their authorities. One of us asked why, and we were told (exact quote here): "Girls are for babies, boys are for fun."
Later on in that deployment, I got to fly off the boat and spend some time in Saudi Arabia, training some of their's and Kuwait's Air Force idiots, and we got another briefing like we did in Bahrain. We were told the same thing re: pedophilia. "Girls are for babies, boys are for fun."
