This comment started me fantasizing about all the agencies we might shatter and scatter to the wind.
Shit is about to hit the fan.. :)
A LOT of shit....a REALLY big fan
This is why the Justices have full time securityโฆnot Roe V Wade. This is what got JFKโs head blown off by Lynden and George HW.
I think you're right. What a BOOM week it's been. This is like ten times bigger than RvW, in my opinion. It changes the entire dynamic of the federal government.
AMEN!
In a thousand pieces, all of them.
FREEDOM!
Isn't the only constitutional law enforcement authority the Sheriff?
^ THIS
The FBI can exist but only to investigate federal crime amongst government agencies. No jurisdiction over the people.
It will be interesting to see the ramifications of all of this in the coming months.
For an agency as deeply rooted in our justice system as the FBI, it would require more than a tangential SCOTUS ruling and the stroke of a President's pen to dissolve it. The people have to support the action, and that won't happen until all their crimes are exposed.
Imaging the shock when normies confront indisputable proof that the FBI and CIA were involved in mass shootings, real or fake. THEN there will be a political mandate to abolish them.
didn't rudy giuliani basically do the job the FBI was originally founded to do anyway, namely kill the mafia?
The SDNY was different back then. For moral reasons or not, they wanted to end mob control of New York City. They did impressive surveillance acrobatics and wiretapping to collect the evidence Rudy needed to build his RICO case.
Plus Rudy was basically trump before trump was trump.๐
Lmao.
I was a kid while Rudy took over as mayor.. I still remember how he was totally vilified in the media with stories like he plans to throw homeless people in jail.. and have police harass black people.. like.. you weren't supposed to like him.. And then.. he really did clean up New York City and all of a sudden families could start going there.. and then the narrative was more like "Rudy cleaned up New York City but he's still a jerk."
I didn't really like Rudy in 2007/8 when he ran against Ron Paul for President.. but I'm not sure my take on him wasn't corrupted by the media narrative. I definitely like Rudy now..
The elites wanted New York to remain a cesspool. It's so obvious when a Giuliani or a Trump show how easy it is to reverse the damage that Democrats do. Then years later a Democrat gets back in power and ruins things again while their supporters play dumb about it.
It will certainly curtail their authority (or claimed authority - as the case may be)
#killthemall
I like going to the mall.
The mall is a relic, Amazon killed it (insert that's a good thing meme here). Time to go back to supporting mom and pop's and small businesses! ;)
sadly, the shitty strip malls arent going anywhere...
the malls you wanna actually visit, where everything is inside and airconditioned, on the other hand...
also, ebay and amazon basically killed radio shack too, which is a shame, cuz having a store where I could just walk in and buy components was handy...
And a good source for info if you needed it !
Yep...
Plus they had some of the coolest educational toys...
Also RIP Fry's Electronics.
Indeed.
Never seen one, but I heard of it...
125000 square feet of electronics bliss. From big screens to resistors. Crazy
...sounds like a line from a weird al parody, lol. Wonder why he never did a song about them...
Was a joke. # kill them all looks like # kill the mall.
Oh I know. All in good fun. xD o7
Ong omg omg Gregq Philips used the word โFrenโ. Hey Gregg ๐
Since the 10th amendment limits the federal government to the specific duties in the Constitution, I wonder if we can shut down most of the federal government with a MAGA majority in Congress. Let's find out.
Yep, begun by a simple order from the Attorney General. I am confident that nothing will happen right away simply because there is nobody in the Congress or Department of Justice who wants it. However, it is a very nice sledge hammer for any future Congress who want to begin destruction.
Boomedy boom boom ๐ฅ
Please respect other readers. Please use descriptive titles - Rule on the side. Please follow it my dude.
There are enough RINOS in congress right now (look at the recent gun bill) that there will probably be a bill introduced by Tuesday to establish the FBI via statute.
probably not, though depending on the wording of the ruling, it could limit the scope and substance of what they're allowed to do...
I like the cut of your jib, fren
No, obviously not. That is so far removed from what this case actually was about.
The FBI, while they may overstep their authority and we all may hate them, are a proper executive agency. Their purpose is to enforce written laws. That's what the executive branch does.
The FBI doesn't write laws or "opinions." (well, they might, but that's beside the point, their intended purpose wasn't to do that). Whereas all these other bullshit agencies are actively legislating shit. Like the EPA makes rules. The FBI doesn't make the rules, they enforce them. But the EPA is making rules and enforcing them.
But this case really doesn't even stop that. This case didn't set the precedent you all think it did. The major questions doctrine has always been a thing, and it's forced many similar cases like this into the courts, where they are all settled on a case-by-case basis. This ruling settled this specific case, but did not really set any meaningful precedent that wasn't already set.
I seem to recall this guy saying in 48 hours there would be big happenings related to election fraud, infact you even posted it over a week ago. Obviously nothing happened, my trust of this guy is absolute 0, his words while they might be interesting are of little to no value coming from his mouth given his track record. Now if someone like oh say... Clarence Thomas, made this same comment, now there's some actual weight rather than this guy who killed his own credibility.
Edit: wow I didn't know datefag failures were so respected here
I agree, but would you agree that disinformation should be ignored? I'm honestly shocked that merely bringing up the fact this guy makes shit up gets down voted.
Im going to upset people, but the 'disinformation' goalpost shift is classic round these here parts
Very common thing here, the group think on this forum has been getting a tad out of hand IMO. I don't think it's very hard to see that a lot of people are changing what they post, or just straight up not posting things to avoid the massive downvotes and butthurt comments. I can't count how often I see "I'm not a doomer but...." or "I don't mean to doom, but..." or "I believe X but...", or anything along those lines where they post essentially a disclaimer before a 'soft' version of their actual opinions. A lot of people here don't allow any wiggle room whatsoever in their narrowly prescribed world view and it's definitely something I would categorize as a major problem on here.
Yeah I'm a little worried he could travel down the same path as Sydney Powell. If he takes his foot off the gas a little I think he'll be ok.
Is he a big distraction , like Lindell, Powell, and some others ?
Not yet, which is why I say he "could travel down the same path." He's not there yet. Thankfully he delivered on the election fraud data. No reason to ruin a winning streak by making the same mistakes Powell and Lindell made. And I say that as a fan of those people.
He's already majorly shot himself in the foot credibility wise, if he says something of value in the future it is automatically suspect, but hey maybe he'll release info of some value in the future and at that time maybe I revise my opinion of the guy. Until then he seems like your typical "2 weeks bro" type of guy.
