Depends on what you frame as natural.
Due to the nature of cancer, for example, I would say that dying of cancer at old age is (somewhat) natural, like 80s-100.
But younger and younger people are getting diseases like that, and it doesn't necessarily matter what conspiracy theories one points to, there's definitely something causing it. Could even be the massive amounts of microplastics and lead in everything we consume
wouldn't shock me, although cellulose is technically a plastic, and wood pulp has been added to food as a filler material in some places for years supposedly, so who knows.

What does died from natural causes even mean? I knew a guy(10 years back) that died from meningialcoccal meningitis when he was 23.
