Pompeo is quite the wild card. I feel he could be either or neither. My gut leans white hat.

I feel the people that we love the most, that we have lost, we never truly get over it. And because of that, they’re always close by! Busy day yesterday but here I am for the cooking tip of the day:
Extremely easy: pour some pastis (or any other anis flavored liquor) on pork ribs, a deciliter should be sufficient. Salt, pepper, powdered garlic. Let it sleep in the fridge overnight. BBQ. Enjoy 😋

Edit: it even works with frozen ribs. You may also powder some dried tomatoes, rosmarin and lavender flower and add it to the spices.

According to David Straight, you need what is called a land patent. I watched a video of his on YouTube several months ago and took notes. You use a "meets and bounds" description not a "lot/block/subdivision" description. Another note I made, stewardship is inherited, land patents cannot be sold only deeded by grant deeds, everything else is abstract title. Hope this helps.
So when SHTF what do we need to prove we paid for our property and no longer have a mortgage. Many counties don’t give out deeds anymore? All I have is a receipt from the county.
