Camera red-eye is a particular effect, more so common in simple exposure cameras than television motion cameras. Never heard of brown turning blue, or blue turning brown.
We've had fairly accurate eye colours in movies since the advent and refinement of technicolor. You're claiming that it was entirely due to different technology.
How technologically limited do you think they were in 1985? Television cameras couldn't pick up individual colours? We were balls deep in a technological revolution.
Technology, which, does not alter any other colour to anything that wildly differs from it. Just the eyes.

And that still doesn't provide any sort of explanation as to why a camera would selectively alter a specific colour in a specific region on-screen.
Now, okay, if you google this topic, you can see old news sites with dead image links that purport that in 2003 Hillary started wearing contacts to go from brown to blue. Images have been scrubbed, but articles remain including references to an original Drudge article prior to whatever happened to Drudge.
And yet, in this video we see brown eyes in 1985.
Thus, either Hillary started wearing contacts far earlier, and the media was lying in 2003. Or there have been multiple Hillaries for decades, and communist infiltration is best achieved with a rotating cast of unstable stablemares.
Either scenario indicates that somebody was lying somewhere. I never even mentioned the possibility of doubles in my original post. Just that the eyes were different.
However, from the kneejerk reaction I got, it's clear that the subject makes people feel uncomfortable, and so there's something here that needs to be dug on further.
Do you have more "evidence" of her eyes being brown besides this one video which several have indicated could be a tech/quality issue? If so, post that evidence for review. If not, then stfu and stop being butt hurt because someone called you out for lack of sauce.
Nobody has pointed out the method in which a camera correctly displays blue, then arbitrarily changes eye colours from blue to brown, while perfectly maintaining all other blue hues.

I don't know why this is important, but I reviewed 50 or so photos of her from young to old and the eyes have been consistently blue.

My friend had brown eyes 2 years ago. She got double vaxxed and her eye color changed to nearly blue, technically hazel. Saw this myself. Just thought I'd throw that out there...
