This tickled me. I was raised by a grammar nazi. No regrets. Grammar and spelling matter.
You bet they do as well as pronunciation. People, stop saying "pitcher" when you mean picture. It makes you sound very uneducated. And yes, my mom was an English teacher.

Also, Nissan has a small SUV sold in the US called a Rogue. I bought one the 1st year it was available (2008) and drove it for 8 yrs.
oh one more id like to add: "Capitol" is the building where the US Congress meets. "Capital" means a city serving as a country's seat of government, an amount of money or property, an uppercase letter, main, or excellent. Also, always use a capital for "Capitol." that is all.
