Today's Sunday School lesson was from 2 Kings where there was a lockdown in Samaria (I think) due to war and famine and the people were eating the most awful things after paying enormous amounts of silver prices due to food shortages.. Elisha predicted a miraculous ending to the famine and poverty "by noon the next day". God provided the miracle by causing the Aramean army to "think" they heard invading chariots and stuff, to which they panicked and left their camp outside of Samaria, abandoning all their provisions, food, and coin. 4 lepers discovered this and basically saved the starving Samarians by sharing the good news of their discovery with the King of Israel by telling the city gatekeeper.

Not a happy bunny: waiting at the checkout at Sainsbury's; middle eastern couple with £150 worth of shopping produce some document which the cashier takes a long while to read. Then she starts putting in what I guess were codes and voila - bill halved to £75 - just like that!
No wonder fakeyougees travel through other countries to get to the UK. And the British taxpayers pay for their benefits, accommodation, healthcare, education and help with buying cars and who knows what else - while pensions go up by derisory amounts each year and most families struggle. Sickening.
Does anyone else deal with regular headaches? I have had them off and on since being a teenager, but now I deal with them due to neck issues from a car wreck. I have TMJ as well, but I think a knotted muscle in my neck causes the pain and nausea I have now. I've almost diagnosed myself with a form of neuralgia. My mouthguard I recently got helps a lot with grinding and bruxism and the intensity of my headaches have diminished, but my face stays sensitive. But the neck tightness seems to pull the muscles on the right side of my face and it can be horrible at times. Muscle relaxers help a whole lot, but I don't want to depend on them and rarely take them.
Would acupuncture help? Chiropractor?
Sounds a lot like me. I have TMJ from being a woodwind musician most my life and I have major migraines. Aural ones, where my vision is affected along with nausea. Some of this is attributed to genetics as well since both my father and grandfather also suffered.
Acupuncture saved me from debilitating migraines. I cannot praise acupuncture enough. Once a month is all I need. I used to get them two or more times a week and now they can’t even be tracked.
Also, Ice and massage the back of your head whenever you feel one coming on. Right at the back of your skull where you feel the divot.

I was in band for years, trumpet then low brass, and I couldn't keep a good embouchure for very long if I had to now. The car wreck I was in exacerbated it big time. I also have family members who have it. The mouthguard helps a lot.
Go to an osteopath osteopath or a chiropractor..they will sort out underlying jaw misalignment...
I'm not big on using medication BUT: I had a very painful muscle spasm in my upper back which I bore for a few weeks and then went to my PCP and told her about it. She prescribed a milder muscle relaxant, Tizanidine, and I took one of them and voila! Pain gone and never returned. Maybe you, too, have a long-term muscle spasm - at least it sounds like it. Might be worth a try to get some relief!
I had a riding accident when I was 12 and had my neck in a brace for 8 weeks. Lived with headaches and migraines for years. Now I take MSM( and organic Sulfur compound) ( not to be confused with MMS) . I It’s really helped my neck and back pain and I rarely get headaches anymore. You could try it and see if it helps. Feel for you ,it’s horrible to have that constant throb in your head and tension constantly in your neck.
I have started MSM and it has helped my joints.
Add Magnesium oil, wonderful stuff. Make your own: just melt the crystals.
Very good. I used it for years on my horses and dogs , thought why don’t I try it, seemed to help my arthritic horses and dogs. Olive leaf extract is a natural anti-inflammatory as well . Just don’t take it if you have really low blood pressure as it can lower blood pressure.
😂 Horse people have the best drugs and remedies . It's like DMSO( dimethyl sulfoxide) ,used it for 30 years or so in horses ( and me ) for inflammation and swelling and now people are swearing by it. Actually LB might get relief from some of that, it's good stuff.
I get that problem. Do you have anyone who can squeeze your neck? I know that sounds terrible☺️.My hubby does it for me. I have found that rubbing out the trigger points help to loosen those muscles just prior to adjusting your neck. I hope I’m not being too forward but if you’re big chested, have your husband literally lift them up while you pull your head up. Mine stands behind me and literally acts like the best bra I ever had! P.S. Have you tried Theraworx? It’s a magnesium foam that actually works. I’m not big on topical analgesics but this stuff really helps.

He will rub my neck for me. I do it too. I've never had big boobs and since I've lost weight, I've lost a bit in that area too. :(
I think that pressure point massage helps. When the muscle unknots, it's the best feeling in the world!
