I doubt it. If I recall correctly, there are only one or two photos of Adam Lanza, and they're really photoshopped. Every photo of the guy was the same picture photoshopped into different backgrounds.
A lot of the pictures of the kids and families are too. I remember one of the dads had three arms in one photo, for example. I wish I had that saved somewhere to pull out ..
If they had a real guy I think we'd have seen more pictures.
Also in the beginning everyone was saying it was Lanzas brother, and the brothers ID card is in Adam's bedroom in crime scene photos, leading people to wonder if there is even such a person as "Adam Lanza".
I think there was a recording of him calling into a radio show or something and that and a photoshopped picture are basically all the evidence of the guy's existence.

The hair in the right photo is shorter on the sides, so doesn’t create frame the top of the earlobe the same way, but the shape is similar
