When people were lined up at the grocery pharmacy, there was a strange chemical smell in the air.
Since people are dying on different timelines, I think they cleverly adjusted the poison levels of the batches to make it less obvious.

I told them again, this is all nonsense to force vax us with something. They all laughed and said it wouldn't happen.
