Ok, looking forward to reading the whole thing but wanted to comment that based on your comment it reminded me of what I was thinking at the time Trump stepped down. That it was a giant game of musical chairs and while they were preoccupied stealing what they thought was going to be THE chair, Trump changed the game and the chair they occupy is meaningless once the music stops.
Biden is, in fact, fully the President of the United States and fully the Commander in Chief. However, the President-King’s throne that we have all grown so accustomed to, has been removed. Biden stole an office that doesn’t want him, doesn’t need him, and is very different than what he was expecting."
That then implies Trump is head of nothing and is doing nothing, letting other people do whatever they want.
Really good contribution here. Don’t apologize for posting it twice. Do a daily update until it breaks through the noise. Deport yourself and request a sticky.
You need a better title. If you hadn't posted again, I was going to repost the link with the post title "Better than Patel Patriot's Devolution. Click it. Don't thank me, thank Q."
Congress has used its constitutional power to declare war five times in the nation’s history: the War of 1812, the Mexican-American War, the Spanish-American War, World War I, and World War II. Since World War II, the United States has never actually declared war, despite our being at near-constant war since the days of the Truman administration.
The WOII never ended as no peace treaty is in place with the German Reich. Even the unconditional surrender is not de jure, since it was signed by, if memory serves me well, Jodl, while the head of the State: Adm. Dönitz should have been the signee. So, the war continues ....
Declare victory and go home ... is not the same as a peace treaty. The phrase merely indicates a cessation of hostile hot war.
Also note that subtle difference: we are not at war with the people of country X, but with it's regime.
I think you are confused. The final instrument of surrender was signed by the allied powers, the Soviet Union, and Field Marshal Wilhelm Keitel as representative of the Flensburg government headed by Doenitz. Jodl succeeded Keitel after Keitel's arrest. No peace treaty? Splitting up Germany and supervising its future life is a reasonable approximation. The NATO treaty is a peace treaty. Splitting imaginary hairs is pointless.
It is not about hairsplitting. It is what it is, read the book on the Control Authority. That is the source. Not some outside narrative.
BRD is an administrative corporation that still has to fulfill its prime objective namely a democratic election in which the German explicitly can choose a Constitution. For that to happen, de admin Corp must be dissolved. That is the reason why the German Reich institutions are still alive. Furthermore, BRD is treated AS an expression of sovereign will of the people, whereas it is not in a sovereign state. (See: Kanzler Brief).
So, there is no peace-treaty and the soil is still occupied territory.
The fact the BRD was incorporated into NATO was just a geopolitical move.....
Deep within the Archives of the Bundestag, concerning the unification of the two admin corps: BRD and DDR, is a doc with the real situation: BRD has not a real State, the so called nationality is fake, and the Bundesgerman nationality is not a nationality, as Germans are still Nationals of the German Reich
High quality writing. Trying to work out what to make of that. I think it is a good thing, it certainly talks of proper editorial processes (use of editors and sub-editing or maybe verification processes). It'll be interesting to see if that is maintained or if that is just high polish for the first post. Overall, compelling and gives me hope. But then I am up and down on hope like a crack whore hitting the pipe after every BJ. So that doesn't necessarily mean anything.
Just finished reading all 3 parts. I admit, I'm rather pissed off at the crap that has been pulled over on the American people. Eager to continue reading the series. It's easily laid out in simple language. I do question the use of "wikipedia" so many times as a source.

United States Inc.
Yes, the corporation of the United States of America.
Sounds like an oxymoron.

Done.
For the devolution folks out there, this is your “why”, from a historical perspective. I’m going to be watching this closely.
Just subscribed, will definitely follow!

The difference between de jure and de facto.
Thanks PePeSee!
Great post. Looking forward to following this one. So not just another 4 year election? 😉
Thanks for sharing, but this just further cements in my mind that literally no one knows whats going on anymore
I agree with you on this. A lot of theories out there.
Does this throw a wrench in Patel’s Research ?

ThanQ for posting this info. Makes sense that the deep state has been in the making for many years.

Looks like it will be worth saving for lifetime use!
Saving for later thanks
Hmm, random stuff pasted together to make this "article"
no real read line if you actually read it.
"Biden is, in fact, fully the President of the United States and fully the Commander in Chief. " - that made my day : )
i would love to see the name and the face of the anon who made it. Would make more sense.
