Three different astronauts were asked whether or not we can see stars while in cislunar space. They give three completely contradictory answers. Cislunar space is the space between the earth and the moon. The astronauts were Neil Armstrong, Don Petit, and Leeroy Chiao.
Armstrong said no stars can be seen at all in cislunar space, does not matter if sun is out. Pettit said an unbelievable array of stars are viewable at all times. Even nebula, galaxies, Magellanic Clouds, etc are visible at all times, does not matter if sun is out. Chiao said stars are visible but only if the sun was not out.

What do you mean clearly? Petit said you can see them day or night. Armstrong said you can’t see day or night. Chiao said you can see only at night. These are three contradictory answers. Only one can be true.
Well, consider this. "Day" is when you are on a planet surface facing the sun. "Night" is when you are on the side of the planet facing away from the sun. In space you aren't on a planet. Is it day or night?

The image went through the atmosphere. You won't get buildings that clear. Or permafrost that brown. Or no clouds anywhere.
Satellite was moving at orbital speed in low orbit. It won't rotate to follow targets due to propellant budget, so other ways to mitigate the orbital speed is needed.
Bottom line, Google Map images are not that sharp. It's as fake as the fake Joe. 😜👍

They will train in isolation in copies of the environments of the moon or mars made here on Earth.
Astronauts will go to Mars, the squeeze of the 2020s will make way for an expansion of humanity in the solar syatem and galaxy through the coming years.
As there are no spacecraft that can take people to Mars, there is no need to train astronauts to walk around on a fake surface of Mars.
There have been plans to send astronauts to mars for decades and they will train their astronauts in preparation long before they complete the spacecraft.
