A couple of days ago I saw an article on a site called rumor mill news and the author talks about a Russian Security Council report that was circulating around the Kremlin and in it, they talked about quite a few points but then they get to the part, which I found really interesting. "an INTERPOL-Russia document about child sex slave trafficking in Eastern Europe—a document critical to notice because it notes Russian child sex trafficking investigators cooperating with an American Christian Missionary in the Eastern European nation of Romania named Jackie Walorski, who after returning to the United States and being elected to the US Congress, sponsored the “Human Trafficking Prevention, Intervention, and Recovery Act of 2014”—and during the past year, the SVR notes in their file about US Congresswoman Walorski that she had been in contact with Hollywood actress Anne Heche, who during past year was making the movie “Girl In Room 13” about child sex slavery and trafficking."
You can verify that Jackie Walorski was definitely in Romania in this mission and they even posted a link in the article as well.
It goes on to say that the Russians believe that both Jackie and Anne were killed by the "CIA murder device QNX". They included in this report a scientific article about radio signals being used to hack 24 different types of car and then the WAPO article about the car hacking claims in Wikileaks about the CIA, which the article links to both.
Whether this site is reputable or not, I don't know. However, their links were super interesting and worth checking out. I can't seem to find a transcript of this report but I haven't had a lot of time to dig that deeply.

If you look at a photo of Anne Heche and one of the woman who’s house she hit the nose is identical.
Also the body on the stretcher has an obvious wig on that was blonde and just before the accident Anne was in a shop and bought a red wig.
