Boxes Containing Documents Were Transported from the White House to A-far-a-Lago

Which is what got them in hot water with the Steele Dossier.
Continually digging their own grave deeper and deeper.
Remember that Herridge is CBS and a part
Sure do wish GEOTUS would publish the entirety of it on TS
You and me both, fren.
GEOTUS won't get an unredacted copy unless they actually charge him. It's probably why the fedbois thought they were safe doing this raid. Unless they actually indict him this would never see the light of day. They were not counting on the massive public outcry to release the affidavit. Seems to support the theory they only did this to start a civil war. They need an excuse to bring in outside (UN) forces.
I doubt he has an unredacted copy
By law he has to, and legally he's also allowed to release the full thing at any time. They ask you nicely not to, but there's no law preventing you from releasing it.
You’re absolutely right in the context of many documents that the DOJ insists are secret, such as grand jury testimony where the person testifying is actually free to disclose anything they want about their testimony or the questions asked.
I’m not entirely sure in this case, where it’s an affidavit supporting a search warrant that has not yet led to an indictment - I might be wrong.
Nah - he won't have a copy until he has been indicted.
This is false
Well, it's actually not false. You might be confusing the warrant and the affidavit. Releasing the affidavit to the subject of an investigation prior to indictment would reveal all details of law enforcement efforts to uncover a crime.
Here's what the DOJ submitted in request to keep the affidavit sealed in its entirety: Those facts include “highly sensitive information about witnesses, including witnesses interviewed by the government; specific investigative techniques; and information required by law to be kept under seal” in accordance with the federal rules, the prosecutors wrote.
“If disclosed, the affidavit would serve as a roadmap to the government’s ongoing investigation, providing specific details about its direction and likely course, in a manner that is highly likely to compromise future investigative steps,” the filing said.
So then why is everyone clutching their pearls about it being redacted? Shouldn't it be a bad idea to reveal to a subject of an investigation the methods of that investigation?
There is a difference between what is legal and what is right. The new administration investigating the previous administration is extraordinary in the extreme and that demands extraordinary transparency. No one is arguing that it is illegal to withhold the affidavit, just that it's wrong to do so.
If you read Trump's filings demanding that the affidavit be unsealed, his legal team does not argue that the affidavits must be released as a matter of law, instead they argue that, in this specific case, the affidavits should be unsealed.
Also, Trump was posting messages "Release the affidavits!" No one responded - well, you have a copy yourself! Release yours. Kash made all the rounds on the patriot talk shows and argued why they should be released, but was never asked why Trump doesn't release his copy.
I dumped all my stock and put it in black ink inc. It's already split 17 times in 10 minutes!
Aaaaannnddd it's gone. Kenny shorted it to oblivion.
The redacted “eyes on” flair has me dying right now 😂
Hahahah. Another great flair from the mod team.
Not me, LOL, props to who did this. We have the best mods!
On February 18, 2022, the same day, the Save America Political Action Committee (PAC) posted the following statement on behalf of FPOTUS: "The National Archives did not 'find' anything, they were given, upon request, Presidential Records in an ordinary and routine process to ensure the preservation of my legacy and in accordance with the Presidential Records Act .... " An image of this statement is below.
Redactions = Coverup
At this point, govt has no right whatsoever to expect we will consider redactions to be anything other than a blatant coverup of crimes far worse than what Trump is accused of.
Trump can legally release the whole thing at any time.
Nitter link to Catherine Herridge revisiting NARA and Comey FOIA docs regarding Hillary’s emails and classified information on Aug 24,2022.
Note hive mind monitor’s comments:
In fact she was giving it away
Catherine is a patriot.
My guess is they are going after Kash… Take down the one who figured out the russiagate hoax from the get go. This is a cya operation, in other words, they are rounding up evidence of all their own crimes and setting a target on Trumps inner circle.
As expected.
The redacted pages should be donated to these guys:
