I'm just gonna tell this tale here:
I have, sadly, had too much experience with lying manipulators, most of whom were probably pathologic Narcissists. What extreme Narcissists are really really good at is brainwashing people. Having been subject to this brainwashing, I can say that this form of sorcery is very powerful. One falls under a sort of hypnotic spell and cannot break free from it (like Stockholm Syndrome) unless something interrupts the programming, because the brainwashing is being continually re-enforced. We have a plague of Narcissistic sorcerers running the planet today, and they are in all levels of society.
So, essentially, yes, Rockefellers are trying to figure out why the hypnotic brainwashing/programming is not working on everyone insofar as the poison Vax is concerned, because they were really expecting a higher compliance for their genocidal plan.
A long time ago, I went to a hypnosis workshop. Apparently I was the only person in the room who could not be hypnotized. Some people are just not susceptible. However, I was susceptible to other brainwashing from significant people in my life due to the heavy, continual re-enforcement from those I had trusted. I used to trust medical authorities, but then I had a series of really really bad experiences with doctors, and I stopped trusting them. Once you stop trusting someone, it is difficult to fully trust them again.
All the pro-vaxxers were trusting their doctors &etc. and they could not see that Anthony Fauci was/is really a ghoulish fiend. Why not? His countenance alone makes it quite clear. That is one book you can actually judge by its cover. I began to realize his HIV/AIDS psy-op was false after I read Peter Duesenberg's book about retroviruses and heard about HIV drugs actually causing AIDS symptoms. Prior to that I had been terrified of it. Not anymore. Spell broken.
The question for me is not "why aren't more hypnotized," but rather "how do we break the hypnotic spell that is covering so many in gross darkness?"
John Rockefeller is the man mainly responsible for our pHarmaceutical approach to the practice of modern medicine. I hear it's quite warm in his retirement locale.

OK, it might take me awhile to look for some good links, although I am sure the search will be useful. A lot of the above is a mental compilation of things I have been experiencing and reading over a lifetime. Lately I have been thinking about possibly writing a book about my experiences particularly with Narcissism, although I have heard it is too difficult to get published unless you are a celebrity, so maybe I will have to be more pedestrian and attempt to start a blog someday before I die.

Best way I've found to avoid someone trying to overcome my objections is 'no'. If they ask me why not: Because I don't want to. If they ask why I don't want to: I just don't. Keep reiterating the same refrain and in a bit they get frustrated and give it up. No one is entitled to know your reasons and you are under no obligation to provide them.
To the point of the article, the 'behavioral scientists (and I use that term loosely) don't really care about our reasons anyway. They're only looking for ways to manipulate. Our reasons are based on fact and when one stands on truth and facts, one can't be manipulated.
