Thanks for the link. As I watched, I noticed that so many things have fuzzy outlines, including FJB. And then I noticed that even though he supposedly talking to an audience all around him, he keeps looking back at the camera. It makes me wonder... was this recorded and he pretended to look around at audience and yet he keeps coming back to the camera that is recording him, and then they put a background of people behind him? This just doesn't look right.
Edit... he's looking at the teleprompter, I bet. But still... graphics are terrible.
