I'm gen z and have pretty much listened to older music since I could remember. Pop is garbage right now, new hip-hop has no edge, but that's all that gets any radio play these days. I'm a metalhead, really, but modern metal is really extreme for my tastes.
Modern forms of art are all all quantity > quality anymore. It's really hard to find new music, movies, video games etc. that aren't soulless cash grabs
Also gen Z and I was raised on the sounds of the 60s, 70s, and 80s. That made it really hard to try to get into the the music my peers were listening to. Even as a kid I could tell it was bland crap.
I still listen to "my parents music" and don't plan on stopping.
Most deathcore stuff is too extreme for my tastes. There is some metalcore stuff I enjoy, but it's mostly the vocals that turn me off. I don't mind the occasional scream or whatever but I can't get into stuff where it's screaming for the whole song.
That’s close to my situation. Strange to be around people that have generations of living relatives. Grandfather 1895...he was 50 when my Dad was born.
Funny thing. I was raised going to Christian schools... but it was never in my heart. A few years ago, God walked in and gave me the biggest most powerful hug I’d ever had.
The blessing you gave me used to make me uncomfortable- because I didn’t know what to say. Now I’m so thankful my heart is open to God, and I welcome those blessings.
And never ever ever stop blessing people... that might be exactly why God pulled me back to Him!!!!!
Lol Ty my fren I needed a laugh and yes so true. It hit us back when our kids were starting high school and they had classic rock on the music list and it was everything we listened to. 😳
Dave McGowan and Miles W. Mathis ruined virtually all music for me. I can't listen to anything now without wondering, "What DS initiative am I taking part in?".
Lol that’s my daughter listening to the oldies. Beegees , mamas and the papas, my chemical romance, blind melon, GNR…. It’s all the same generation to her
Its when I heard Alice in Chains play on the the radio, then the station say "welcome to the classic rock hour" this happened to me. I felt as if i had turned 70 overnight.

That's garbage anyway. There's some ambient/atmospheric black metal that's okay to listen to.
My Paternal Grandmother was born in 1890. She had my father in 1941 (yes, at 51, by natural conception and birth). I'm 43. That indeed feels weird.

I was 43 when I had my last. He’s amazing ❤️

Raise up a child in the way he should go and when he is old he shall not depart from it.
Preach it!!
Caught their concert a few years ago. They were one of the first 8 tracks I bought as a 15 yo.
8 tracks were just before cassette tape.
Foreigner is one of the best, especially for nostalgia
I referenced Chris Farley at work and a young coworker said, “That’s my dads favorite comedian.”💀
🤣
Lol. On the Mayflower.
…listening to……😤😭
Now that's funny.
Blink 182 is still a search engine right?...................... Boomer, out.

This song concisely explains how a false flag works.

What's with the frivolous crap that doesn't belong on the q sub?
Good luck finding anybody who's done more research than me on the subject.

Do you think the op of the post you shared has any idea that Tom Delong of Blink-182 is a pedophile and hangs out with John Podesta? Do you?
I think you have a big Ol Post in your near future.
Re-hash it all and update all our new Patriots!!
Bless you friend!
It's turning into Facebook. This isn't Facebook, lol.
Music is powerful. Heavy metal has the most die-hard fans.
Yeah, blink is about as classic as monster drinks.
I highly doubtful this even happened. This is just more boomer attention posting lol. Not trying to be rude but it is
