The case was Garvey et al v City of NY et al, brought by DSNY workers terminated for failing to comply with the mandate. In a 2:30pm hearing in Richmond County Supreme Court, Judge Porzio ruled against the city, praising workers and declaring the mandate arbitrary and capricious.
Sadly, if Hochul is able to pull off a win, or a steal, she’ll back Adams in any appeal of this decision. The state legislature might even act to codify the jab mandates. But it won’t happen until after the midterms.
Or they’ll just ignore the decision altogether because there’s enough corruption in the courts here that allows them to get away with literal murder.
Eventually this city will be reduced to nothing if election fraud and 2020 corruption isn’t fully exposed soon.

There are PCR testing tents everywhere throughout the city — and people are still lining up for it (some are required to test by their employers, some are just addicted to covid fear).
A very large, influential, highly educated and wealthy population here are 100% in favor of mandates.
That same population still dutifully wait in line for their boosters — without being coerced to do so. In fact, they still brag that they got the latest booster.
This win may seem insignificant to you, and I don’t know where you live or what your experience has been since March 2020. But it’s actually massive for the few of us living as the filthy unwashed, and mostly incognito like fugitives.
Full justice may be slow to come, but this is a critical first step here.
I don’t live in NY, but have relatives in western NY. I’m not close with them, but I think some are based, and some aren’t. I have heard what you’ve stated- covid is still “around” and certain people/places still take in seriously (so sad ). So I am happy to hear this news. I hope it’s up and up from here

This is why the university system is attempting to keep out white and Asian men, and have stopped using standardized test scores as a basis for entry. They don’t give a single fuck about making people smarter. It’s not about intelligence anymore. It’s about programming a class of slaves who are resistant to any idea that isn’t approved by the globalists. Not just consumers, but people willing to fight for the goals of the cabal. To reject any fact or idea that isn’t approved.

Asian Americans are among the most highly vaxxed individuals. I believe the Asian countries have had a very high compliance rate with the vaxx. At least for the first two doses, and maybe the initial booster.
