I imagine they have the right to refuse service based on whatever criteria they want to put in.
Of course I have the right to not use them and share my experience on the internet, right?
Vanderbilt Eye Care in Nashville. Yep, the same Vanderbilt medical group caught on tape bragging about how much money they make from gender reassignment surgeries on children.
Not another penny. Ever.
Th e WHOLE medical community (except a handful of doctors) have betrayed us for money. I hope the accountability phase finds justice for all their dirty deeds that took place in hospitals and doctors offices everywhere. A once respected profession now sits in complete disgrace. Scoundrels all.
I wholeheartedly agree.
Same here, the profession ain't what it used to be.
Friend’s daughter in first semester of medical school. The Covid-fighting docs are shocked at the woke crap they are now teaching in med school (they saw screenshots of what she’s being fed.) But they are encouraging her to make it through because she is the type of doctor that will be needed, plus, she is the only one known to have fought Covid vaccine mandate.
There are still a few dedicated doctors out there, but not many. Things started changing when private practice doctors were bought out or forced out by larger corporate medical groups. It's now all about the money, not the care.
A lot of those doctors are coming up with solutions to help the vaccine-injured and are switching to functional medicine.
It's not necessarily the Dr.'s. Apparently all the insurance companies are requiring the Dr's Office to require masks.
It is ALL the doctors, nurses and hospital administrators!! They didn't say no to whoever (Big Pharma, Insurance, Government, etc) - they went along with the evil plot so they need to be prosecuted. If you want to prosecute the insurance companies OK but the doctors and nurses need to be brought to heel for their complicity with something they KNEW to be a violation of their oath.
Sure did, and the trade off is they never get our money again, which they will need in the future.
It will never recover in its present corrupt form, must be destroyed and rebuilt and decentralized
Can say with 110% accuracy this is true.
The medical profession has worked hard to keep their crimes hidden from the public. This is the right thing to do - Expose Them All
Take it to twitter!
That place is cancer.
Go back and tell them that you agree wear a mask if they agree they butcher children for cash
I asked them what the purpose of the policy was.
They told me they didn’t want to argue.
I asked if they believed it stopped “the virus”.
They said we would need to reschedule.
On the way home we found a new doctor.
Onward and forward.
That response is my trigger. Why is my question being called an argument?
You can't announce a new policy without expecting to answer that question. Anybody have a good comeback for the good ol' "I don't want to argue" after your first and only question? Like, I don't deserve an answer? or a reason??
You're probably better off without it but yeah it's worth raising a stink over.
We need to start using our numbers and leverage.
The more of us who just walk out on them... the more the physicians will have to change their policies or go out of business.
Schedule your appointment, show up without a mask... and if they kick you out, then it's their loss. They still have to meet overhead expenses including staff payroll and business costs.
When it becomes a choice of requiring masks or staying in business... let's see which they choose.
And even then they can never again be trusted, its all gone
Their denial probably saved your life!
Don't trust the medical community ever again. No matter what snake oil they are selling.
I hate masks and think they are stupid too but I will wear one briefly to get medical treatment I need. You have to choose your battles and my health is not a hill I am willing to die on, literally, by refusing to wear a dumbass mask in this situation. But, as they say, you do you.
You bet. I don’t begrudge those who make that choice. Just not willing to do it to myself and my child.
Ask them if they are ADA compliant. They will say yes, and tell them you have a condition that keeps you from wearing a mask.
Makes them stutter hard lol
I'm sorry that happened, but consider that if they are like that, what sort of treatment would you have gotten? And like sortofsamuel says, BLAST it on Twitter now!!
That’s what I told my son. Medical care takes a lot of brain power, so a doctor who can’t use their brain for something this simple is not someone I want treating me or my family.
If you decide to post your complaint somewhere like google reviews, post the link so we can all mark it as helpfull. The higher the number the better, right?
No docs or dentists here are requiring masks. Even if the sign says masks, the people behind the desk do not wear masks and do not ask the patients to either.
Only hospitals are enforcing masks.
They can not force a medical device (mask is a medical device) on you for any reason. You can tell them NO. Enjoy your law suit win against them. We have so very based lawyers that will take that case I'm sure.
Well, if any of you based lawyers want to chat with me, I’m open to it.
Now that Twitter has been liberated, post it there and spread it around!
If they make their money from gender reassignment surgery on children, then why did you go there in the first place?
It’s a doctor we’ve been seeing for seven years. Was supposed to be the last appointment before making a decision about surgery.
Valid question, though.
If that habbens again explain you have the medical condition 'CS', and remind them ADA covers your disability.
CS = Common Sense.
Move your arse to East TN my fren. Nashville is the armpit and Memphis is the crotch of TN
That’s where I wanted to move. Wife wanted to be closer to Nashville. We’ll probably heads eastward in the next few years… even she is getting sick of the “new Nashville”.
Why aren't you afraid of a 99.8% survival rate?
Be afraid! Be very afraid!!!
The name alone gives me the creeps!
We will have the last laugh when the medical communities go down. You should have asked to the scientific information that masks prevent infection more than they do harm.
I’m mulling over whether to spend my time pursuing this.
I already asked for a copy of the policy, and it’s gibberish. But I don’t know what legal principle I could leverage to make a case worth pursuing. And in the end I have a full, busy life and I don’t know that I want to drain myself pursuing this when I can just take away what they care about the most with no effort at all: my money.
