It is not his job to impose his personal will on the people of Florida. Florida is a purple state and that is not what the people of Florida want, a total ban. If he were to govern Florida according to the Constitution, he would ban abortion. We all have a right to Life, Liberty and the Pursuit of Happiness. The unborn are denied these rights. Therefore, he is not governing according to ALL of the citizens of Florida. There is a whole segment that cannot speak for themselves.
