I tried warning people about the connection between 5G and Covid in February 2020. Everyone looked at me like I had three heads and was completely delusional. Not one person said, "Wow, that's crazy, why do you believe that? Can you please send me some information?" Nope. Not one. Just derision, eye-rolling, mocking.
This is true with all directed energy at sufficient power levels. AM radio will make you nauseous if someone focuses the transmission at you at high wattage. Change that to an omnidirectional transmission and it suddenly suffers from the inverse square law.
I will also note that most of the anecdotal "zomg 5g illness" i suspect is confirmation bias as 5G for the vast majority of people right now is 4G with a new icon.
5G is superstition. Millimeter-wave technology has been around (to my knowledge) since the 1980s. No known health effects. We get it from the Sun. Notice that it is all the people who don't know beans about the physics or the technology who are raising alarm.
It happened with 2, 3, and 4 gs - yet somehow mysterious illnesses are confined to a sub-percentage number of individuals.
Assuming the pretense of radio waves were tied to the Spanish flu, how do you explain that we arent all suffering from Spanish Flu pretty much 100% of the time now? Human-sourced emissions have increased thousands fold.

Apprently graphene oxide amplifies and stores 5g radiation. The more jabs, the more radiation stored in your body.
The jabbed person becomes radioactive and is expelling toxins from their body. This could be why you feel sick after long exposures near them.
Unjabbed people are still susceptible to the 5g but we aren't amplifying and storing it. You will still have to detoxify using antioxidants.
Trump was enthusiastic about implementing 5g because it works in the same/near the frequency range of WiFi(notice how similar 5G antennas are to WiFi antennas), which means that in an emergency all wi-fi can be used to bolster cellular networks with a firm/soft-ware upgrade.
5g isn't some magical super weapon, it is subject to the laws of physics just like everything else.
It's all a frequency VS wattage equation, as frequency goes up it is more readily stopped/absorbed by anything it passes through meaning it takes less power/wattage to cause a physical effect in the same way that a microwave cooks food, microwaves use much lower frequencies and need a correspondingly MUCH higher wattage to work the way they do.
(incidentally this also makes 5g much easier to shield from...)
The problem with 5g was and is that the wattage needed to cause physical effects is so much lower than with 4G, due to the higher frequencies the 5G hardware capable of putting out this wattage are a lot easier to hide than the equipment needed to put out the wattage needed for 4G to have a physical effect.
With 4G the parts would have been so much larger as to be very noticeable as wattage capability is very much reflected in the size of the components so physical harm sized components would have been impossible to hide from installers of the tech, and there are enough of them to make for a variable that was impossible to control/suppress, which is NOT the case with components sized for 5G frequencies.
That said, with wattages appropriate for communications usage in a cellular network 5G isn't any more problematic than 4G, put enough power through either and you will have harmful physical effects, the hardware needed to to do that with 5G is just a lot easier to hide....
The frequency range and physically shorter waves of 5G does however make it more usable for sending signals to micro or nano sized devices as the surface area of the receiving antenna can be a lot smaller...
5G and 5Ghz are not the same thing. Your entire comment is very misleading.
The cellular 5G everyone is concerned about is millimeter wave frequencies (there’s a lot of relabeled 4G being called 5G as well). Specifically 28Ghz and 39Ghz in the USA. This is similar frequencies used in airport “nudey scanners”.
Wifi uses wildly different frequencies (not to mention protocols), currently 900Mhz (rarely used anymore), 2.4Ghz, 5.0Ghz, and rarely but emerging 6Ghz.
They could not be more different or incompatible.

I noticed a physical effect on me shortly after I got my 5g phone. I would keep the phone in my side pocket, and within about a month my leg right under the phone started to hurt - a combination of a burning feeling and a sort of a throbbing like when you can feel your pulse. Ultimately I bought a good leather belt pouch for the phone and made sure I always point the outer screen (I have a Samsung Z Fold 3) away from my body. The heat and pain went away.
I can't say whether my old LTE phone (Note 8) had the same effect because it came with a belt holster I used nearly all the time. When I wore shorts and put the phone in my pocket it never hurt but it was rare so I don't know if there would have been a cumulative effect.

Partially true. The fastest band has only about a 500 meter range. The slowest and most common band in use piggybacks off of the 4g towers and actually has a longer range. Real-world example - On a good day I could get 1 bar of 4g (and never LTE) at my house, but when AT&T put 5g on the tower I started getting 5 bars.
Supposedly the highest band can cover roughly 1500 feet, the mid-range band can cover a few miles, and the lowest band can cover (theoretically) 100+ miles. In practice the high band requires a ton of antennas in an urban area, or a big repeater in a stadium. That does equal a very short range. The low band goes a LONG way.
The 5g frequency that imparts enough energy to break oxygen bonds and cause graphene oxide to assemble, are you calling that "fast band?" Because data 'passed through' 4g towers comes out at 4g frequencies. At least according to my utility company acquaintance.
