There has been a weird, unidentified hum in Windsor Canada for many years. Zug Island, an industrial site on the Detroit River at the mouth of the Rouge River, has been blamed. This has been going on for at least 10 years.

I too remember those stories. I believe they were from around the era everyone was talking about Walmarts and other large buildings being turned into some kind of camps. Maybe slightly before.
LRAD OR Direct sound weapons??? Like a direct energy weapon or DEW but using sound... Police forces use them to disperse crowds without using physical force... Possibly the RF interfacing nano structures being grown in the brains of the vaccinated by the genetic programming are finally being fired up. They may be tuning the population of large cities for future mass direct brain engineering.
One could test this by waiting for the hum to start back up then stepping inside a faraday cage or bag. If the hum stops then we're getting somewhere. Either way, I would get out of any city this is happening in while you still can.
Mysterious sounds have been around for years. Still mysterious. There was a flurry of "trumpet" noises about 10 years ago, though I would say they were more like alpenhorns with a high pitched metal overlay. The earth itself makes hums and groans.
Sounds too high-pitched to be coming from deep underground. I would guess there is an architectural flaw/feature in a building or buildings (metal or glass plating perhaps?) that is catching wind at just the right frequency, causing the resonating hum.
Maybe it's something good coming from white hat sources? A frequency being used as a tuning fork on humans, to raise their frequency, to put them into a harmonic frequency. Disharmony could be causing all sorts of issues (mentally, physically). I dunno, just spitballing. Could be the opposite - black hats lowering frequencies.

"The current reference frequency for tuning musical instruments is 440 Hz. Some theorists and musicians claim that the 432 Hz tuning has better effects on the human body."
The music industry purposely struck a disharmonic chord (literally) with this industry standard.
Would be interesting to know what the frequency of the sound is.
If you look up "frequency healing vibrations" on youtube, you know what I'm talking about - although those are usually a higher pitch/tone than in this video.
I remember watching a few of that guy's videos, but I can't remember if I watched that one specifically. I'd like to hear it distorted/overdriven but to what would be considered D tuning, as raising "standard" E tuning a bit would probably be a bit too high.

Okay Just finished few episodes on Season 9 of Blacklist.There’s an episode about D_RP_ creating Energy directing Weapon that makes a weird sound and drove folks mad (like HAVANA SYNDROME) but at a rapid pace alongside 5G within a certain radius. Remember most Blacklist episodes are like confessions of Cult93!
Would advise investing in noise-cancelling tech for the bedroom at least. Lack of good sleep can and will mess you up in the head but varies with people as to what and how it manifests. Most just get cranky, forgetful, loss of attention span, etc. Others do go off the rails crazy.
I get tinnitus now and again, it's not unlike this...

They all seem to be only describing it, if you can't record it then the noise is probably in your head. Not to say you'd be crazy, but perhaps it's a resonance of some silent frequency hitting a structure in your body and vibrating at an audible frequency within?

Florida one, people are claiming could be a huge fish in the ocean. Some sort of mating call because it's happened in other areas near the ocean.
Salt Lake City one says it was some sort of nylon rope between trees whipping around in the wind.
