As long as they were making tax dollars on cigarettes, no problem. Now that nicotine is shown to aid people in the COVID scare. Gotta ban it. These suckers are so transparent/
The key to this puzzle is NIACIN. Niacin supplements are extracted from nicotinic acid. Get yourself some powdered flush niacin and feel the flush. Be the flush knowing that it is making you healthier. 2 grams a day for the 1st 30 days, then 1.5 grams a day for 30 moar. Then a maintenance dose of 1 gram per day.
Anyone have sauce on how nicotine helps? I remember seeing something similar in the past, early on it was expected France would be hard hit with covid cases since it has a heavy smoking population... Then it was found very few heavy smokers were hospitalized. Huge find if true. Also, any difference between nicotine and e-cigs?
I remember seeing a study on here where nicotine blocks certain receptors which were critical in the uptake of soemthing nefarious in the Covid itself or the vaccine.
Nicotine receptors are found in several organs, including the brain. They are the most common receptors that COVID binds to, so when nicotine binds to the receptors they are not available for the virus to bind to.
So...nicotine in any form would be effective, then? Like nicotine gum or vaping? I quit smoking last spring, but switched to vaping. So...still getting the nicotine without the harmful side effects of carbon monoxide and tar and all the chemicals that go into cigs. Since nicotine receptors are found in several organs, then any nicotine ingestion would work, right? I've never gotten covid, btw, and that's good news that it breaks down graphene, too.
Yes, supposedly any form of nicotine (vaping, patches, cigarettes, etc) will competitively inhibit the virus by binding with nicotine receptors throughout the body.
I'd heard this before, and I'm glad that this has been given further merit. I wonder if this works for other coronaviruses, like the common cold. I've long suspected that to be true, and have discussed this with other smokers who agreed with me. We never seemed to get seasonally sick like non-smokers. In fact, when I tried to quit in the past, I'd catch a cold soon after. I'm glad I quit for good, and am not condoning smoking cigarettes, but this is really fascinating stuff about niacin, nicotine, and nicotine receptors. Makes me feel less guilty about vaping, and glad I kept my supply of Nicorettes. Thanks for the info!
Another good thing to prevent it and other forms of dementia is microdosing psilocybin (not enough to have any sort of psychedelic experience. You would generally need several 3+ grams to 'trip'. To microdose you take something .01 grams tops) along with other non-psychoactive mushroom mycelium (lions mane, chagga etc) along with niacin (which is apparently nicotine salt but people don't like to think of 'nicotine' as having any health benefit).
I know this sounds like new age hippie nonsense, just remember these substances existed long before being co-opted by the so called peace movement of some hippie morons.
Look up Paul Stamets, he was on Joe Rogan twice talking about this. There is a lot of research going on with it now, I believe it's been known for some time but largely suppressed.
Nicotine also dilates the blood vessels in the brain, helping you think and concentrate better, or even relax. Of course heavy cigarette smoking will also cause anxiety and withdrawals, but a good cigar or pipe always helps me think, and I’ve always had deep conversations with fellow cigar/pipe smokers.
Depends on the state. Some allow it some don't. I don't take enough to 'trip' and a small amount (the amount needed for a single trip) can last months when used for microdosing
Stamets has created a line of mushroom-based supplements as well, which to my eye look pretty legit. All US-grown mushroom material as well. No China crap.
Sold on his site, and also on Amazon.com. Stamet's Seven, etc.
P.S. Am pretty sure it's "chaga", no 2 gs. But whatevs.
P.P.S. Human use of mushrooms is, as you rightly point out, not hippie shit. Some say that mushrooms were key in our development as a species.
Nicotine binds to the ACE2 receptors thus preventing the spike protein (and other bad things) from binding and making people sick. If Nicotine is proven to prevent coronavirus infections (it does) the vaccine companies would loose Emergence Use Authorization [EUA], this is why the studies showing Nicotine prevent infection have been hidden, vilified or prevented. (The nicotine can come from a patch, gum, chewing tobacco, vape juice and cigarettes/cigars. I think smoking it works best to prevent covid infections but they shut down the studies in 2021 so I don't have the data to show this)
It's my understanding that covid is (or maybe can be) received in part by the nicotine receptors, and nicotine users receptors are essentially "occupied" for lack of a better word.
I realize this isn't exactly on topic but if anyone here would like to chime in with any links or experience with chlorine dioxide I'd be very interested.
I bought a mouthwash with Cloralstan (stabilized chlorine dioxide) some time ago and have been thinking of using a small amount occasionally but I don't have as much info on it as I'd like.
In my experience chlorine is an automatic death sentence for "bugs" (micobiota).
So while I am sure that would have great advantages in killing off any infestations you have in your mouth (particularly if you used it with a "pulling" technique), I would take special care to not swallow any of that. Would it make it past the stomach acid? Probably not. But let's not find out. You don't want to implode your digestive tract's flora/fauna.
I’ve noticed this, they vilify and shame any tobacco use, legislate it, regulate it, outright ban it. Yet at the same time are telling hard drug users to not feel ashamed of their use, but to feel proud they can “use safely.” And then they fund the methods of their use with free needles and pipes.
I bought myself some snuff, not that easy to get. Here in Sweden it’s very popular in the form that you put under your upper lip. It’s like chewing tobacco but you don’t chew, just keeping it there. I think it’s gross though so the kind I bought is the one you put in your nose.
It went out of fashion after the french revolution as it was associated with the upper class. It’s a mild kick, but I belive it’s good for me and the small canister seem to last forever.
But the radio commercial I heard earlier today said that smokers are at increased risk for severe COVID, and qualify for the latest antiviral therapies. Sponsored by Pfizer!

Smoke 'em if you got 'em.
Organic of course.

i remember this one. It says "several drugs (including nicotine)" can cause monocyte apoptosis. I wonder what these other drugs are.

That's what I've been thinking lately. High nicotine concentration vape juice or nicotine lozenges

thank you for this link, had not seen this previously.
Nicotine helps prevent Alzheimer's. They did a study and smokers would not get it, while other non-smokers did get Alzheimer's.
Not saying go out and be a chain smoker since it wrecks your respiratory health, but a cigar or cigarette on occasion is probably ok.

Nicotine is a vasoconstrictor, not a vasodilator. Like caffeine or cocaine.
Ha, I always heard it the other way around, but a quick google search says you’re right haha
You're right about the focus though. Pretty much all uppers help with that.
I need to look into this. Nicotine is easier to get than psilocybin, which I am unsure of the legality.

Of course, forum posts here are not "authoritative" sources.

I believe Nicotine binds to same receptors as the spike protein.
Smoke a pipe and grow your own tobacco

That Tranny running things over there is pure Satan.
“Smoke up Johnny!”

And then again: cancer is a different type of illness than it is propagandized.
I'll smoke to that
Time to grow your own tobacco, if you're a smoker.

No. It smells horrible.
I'll get my niacin elsewhere, thank you very much.
