I recommend 2 to 3 grams of vitamin C per day. if you have a stomach sensitive to acidity you should mix it with baking soda (2 parts ascorbic acid to 1 part baking soda).
vitamin c without baking soda is ascorbic acid and with it's ascorbate.
this alone knocks any cold or flu on it's ass in my experience, but no harm adding vitamin d, zinc, homemade quercetin.
This is an important clue for you. You say "...it definitely feels like a flu." Covid, or better known as coronavirus, is an upper respiratory infection. If you are feeling flu symptoms, then it is just flu.
How long have you been ill? I'm on day 4 and been feeling good all day. Brain foggy and moving slower, but other than that...good. I took zinc d , c and quecertin. Feel better fren
In addition to everything else mentioned here, saline rinse of the sinuses using a neti pot and gargling with saline. Omicron likes to live in your nose and throat so this can really help. The other thing to note is to take the ivm after a meal and not at the same time as zinc/c/quercetin/d.
My post exposure protocol is ZCDQ in the morning and evening (50 mg zinc, 1000 c, 500 q, 5000 iu d each dose) and ivm midday after a filling meal. I think they recommend 2x the standard dose of ivm per day (using horse paste you can dial in double your weight).
(Note that Vitamin d takes about a week to transform into the active metabolites that help you so you really need to take it before you get Ill)
Also 6mg melatonin at night, and aspirin for pain.
N-acetyl choline (nac) may also be helpful, 1200 mg
My wife just had it for 10 days (sadly she won't listen to my conspiracy facts, so is 4 shots deep and took paxlovid). I was taking care of her the whole time and took my protocol prophylactically, never got sick. Not that it really proves anything...
High dose of vitamin C.
Thanks!
Also zink and vitamin D at least 5,000 units.
Thanks!
I used aspirin a couple times a day to avoid clotting.
Thanks!
Zinc + D
Thanks!

There are also claims that Chlorine Dioxide will knock it right out.
Most of this stuff works on flu as well so there’s that.
I had what I think was the flu. Took all this and it still sucked. Felt like shit for about 10 days.
Could you post an example of the product / where to buy?
Thanks!
Vitamin D 5000 ui with the C AND ZINC
With Ivermectin and this you'll be fine. Then stay on these vitamins every day to stay well .
Thanks!
Are you sure it's Covid? The PCR test produces a high number of false positives. You could just have a common cold, the flu, or a seasonal allergy.
I work in a rehab hospital and multiple co workers and patients have also tested positive
Again, the question is on the test. How can Covid be tested for when the virus has never been isolated?
You're right there's no way I can be 100% positive but it definitely feels like a flu

It's upper respiratory for sure but the first 2 days I also had fever, chills, and aches
What you describe is flu. Those aren't symptoms of coronavirus.

An IV infusion of glutathione, Vit C, zinc, magnesium, Vit D.
Ivermectin, Hydroxychloroquine and zinc daily for 5 days.
If your sputum turns green or your cough is bad, add Doxycycline or a similar antibiotic.
Colloidal silver.
Enovid from Isreal (a nasal spray that wipes out viruses) is amazing, but it takes 3 weeks to arrive).
CCCCC, DDDD, Quercetin, Zinc, Niacin
Thanks!

I just tested positive as well…sob!
Is this variant weak? Started on FLCCC protocol.

If you’re a coffee drinker don’t stop drinking a little to stave off caffeine withdrawal headache.
10k IU - D, 500mg - C, 25mg Zinc, 600mg NAC and good multivitamin daily.
Not even a sniffle since beating covid 25 months ago.
Thanks!
Had it a couple times. Just did what I do for any other cold… lots of C, D and water, and some various herbal remedies here and there for symptoms.
For the VAST majority of people, it’s nothing to worry about.
