Have to say, I was disheartened at work today. I'm a PCA . I know, I know. I'm un vaxxed. And one of our clients came in and wore a mask all Day, because she thought the owner of the company was coming today! We told her she didn't have to wear it! She's 68, with on set on dementia. Smh. A lovely and sweet lady.

I don’t believe all these people have cancer. Maybe a small percentage. Just my opinion. Even if there’s a cure it won’t be made public. Cancer is a big money maker for hospitals and drug companies. I’ve warned my husband if I ever get that diagnosis I’ll be seeing an expert in natural medicine before I make any decisions on treatment.

well, it is, it's the main focus, on purpose or not, I don't know. Pelosi and a few others from the House were there last February. While the Congress is engaged in a showdown to elect the speaker, it is non functioning. Saudi Arabia is not happy about the visit to the Mount. I’m terrible at keeping up a routine. I keep a vinegar, ginger and honey in a bottle in fridge. I could make it. I can’t find whole organic ginger in my location so I buy premade from Vermont Village. I buy at my local grocery store. I mainly use it when I’m sick, been around someone sick and when my allergies kick in (quite often). Hope you get results.
My husband cured his gout with a shot of ACV, mixed with a shot of tart cherry juice every morning. Took about a week. I also did the shot, and felt a lot better in general.
You mean you drink diluted apple cider vinegar everyday? You have to drink in the morning at least an hour before you eat anything else. From what I know, it can help balance your pH, if your body tends to be alkaline. If its acidic, you should dilute baking soda and drink it the same way.
A lot of problems get better if you fix your pH - too much acidic, you will have high uric acid level leading to all kinds of disasters. Too much alkaline and you will have muscle aches etc.

While it does help with pH, ACV or morning lemon water help to alkalinize your body and reset from the standard diet which makes us acidic.

Many conditions attributed to having too much stomach acid are actually the result of too Little HCL. Western medicine has things so screwed up.

Whenever I mention baking soda, people immediately jump to the indigestion, but now I am talking about uric acid that used to cause painful gout attacks, but in long term can cause heart attack and worse. For more than 6 years nothing I did reduced the uric acid - I had pretty much cut down everything I ate, to no avail.
Found out about the pH balance with baking soda, and 6 months later demonstrably lowered the uric acid level and all the pains gone. Even doctor was surprised.
As for lemon juice and ACV reducing acidity in the blood, I will have to believe it only after I experience it. Changing blood pH level is considered to be a "conspiracy theory" by conventional science, so very very hard to obtain real data except through experience.

Earlier today, I remembered how much the Obamas railed against salt in food.
It made me wonder if I should be eating MORE salt.
After all, they want you sick and malnourished.
So please, tell me the truth about salt. Actual sodium chloride, not the meme kind.
I've cut down since 10 years ago. It did affect my blood pressure, I use sea salt or himalayan, and I will buy salted butter. If I eat anything processed now it tastes like it is just made of salt, I can't taste anything ing else. Like sugar or high fructose cornsyrup, it is in everything. I don't care what the O's said, or did not say. There is far too much salt in our diets, and no need for it. In the old days, salt was used to make sauerkraut, pickles, etc. And the natural fermentation provided probiotics. Mammals that eat meat don't need it, herbivores do need it,and we have salt blocks they can lick at. All the processed foods are jacked up with salt and sugar, and kids especially get used to that taste, and will complain if they are given whole foods and a salt shaker to use if they have to. I have a cellar full of prepper food, and I know that its processed, so, if I have to, we will live on that. The worst culprit is frozen food, more salt in that than anything, even canned.
Redmond Real Salt. It's natural sea salt from the salt flats in Utah. In fact someone here suggested it. I ordered mine from Swanson vitamins but you can find it other places. I think it's supposed to be better than ionized salt like Morton.

If you are male salt is a death sentence I do best when hovering around 1000-1800mg a day. Plenty of armchair nutritionists love to say sodium is harmless but if you carry even 30lbs extra of weight (whether it be muscle or fat) you are setting yourself up for discomfort and unnecessary health issues
