So my son was just diagnosed. He'll get an MRI soon. He's had a couple bouts of delusion which resolved after a few days, or a few weeks, but have gotten worse. It's similar to watching a dementia patient lose their connection to reality, but accelerated and in a healthy-looking very fit young man. Or maybe like the Flowers for Algernon story. It's a horrible sad thing to see a wonderful young man lose his sanity and start babbling incoherently.
Anyway, I'm torn up inside about it. And dealing with it. I'm asking for help from anons that might know good treatments, from MMS/chlorine dioxide, ivermectin, gut-brain connections, old pre-Rockefeller treatments, that sort of stuff. He's not vaxxed, early 20's, has been high-functioning autistic (never treated with drugs like ritalin/oxycontin) ever since infancy (mmr vaccine?), and otherwise healthy although he's had a cough and stomach issues with his recent weeks of spiralling out of mental control. In a way the diagnosis is a good thing, just because I know what to ask about and possibly get a path forward.
And asking for prayers: I've already seeded the heavens with mine, but more is better. I will be offline for a bit and may not respond quickly, but I'll read all the comments and follow all leads. Thanks, all.
Just went through something like this withy nephew. It was like talking to someone who isnt even attached with reality. Took about 6 months for him to return back to normal. MEDICALLY they were not sure what caused it and were trying to put him on antipsychotics. What I suspect it was from was smoking weed. Now I'm not opposed to weed or people that smoke it but for a small percentage of the population when you factor in the very very high potency especially with vaping THC it can lead to what's called a THC induced psychosis.
I also want to add that this psychosis can last for days weeks or even many months long after the user has stopped ingesting THC.
https://www.alternativetomeds.com/blog/cannabis-psychosis-in-some/
It’s most likely the strain of weed to be honest, high potency Sativa strains are in my opinion the leading cause for psychosis amongst cannabis users
Also Serotonin Syndrome is another related illness in the general realm of drugs pharmaceutical and recreational. If my name was Dr House I’d be writing it on the whiteboard.
https://my.clevelandclinic.org/health/diseases/17687-serotonin-syndrome
This isn't the case with him, but I appreciate the info. Thanks.
Disclaimer… not a doctor but I have read ALOT about some of this info. I can say, I personally have seen several people with mental health issues do a 180 by taking IVM.
https://www.hopkinsmedicine.org/news/media/releases/experimental_cancer_drug_reverses_schizophrenia_in_adolescent_mice
Upon reading different things about parasites, I came across an article about a parasite called t. Gondi. It can cross the blood brain barrier. I’ll try to dig for the article but there’s info out there.
https://dr.lib.iastate.edu/server/api/core/bitstreams/82d8bbd1-3831-4839-b105-737a9d1c7539/content
“The parasite is able to enter the central nervous system and affect dopamine metabolism. Increased dopamine levels in infected cells primarily cause changes in the components of the limbic system. This has led to the proposed effects of increased impulsivity and aggression in people with active T. gondii infections. One of the most interesting effects of T. gondii in humans is its proposed contribution to schizophrenia. Schizophrenia alone is not well understood as to what causes the illness. There are studies that have hypothesized an increased level of T. gondii antibodies is correlated with increased risk for development of schizophrenia. This hypothesis is intriguing and requires further investigation.”
Do a deep dig down this route. I know a couple of people who said WTH after I shared some of the info and we talked and did an IVM parasite cleanse. I can’t explain the difference bc it’s a have to see to believe. She said she’s never felt that way and only way to describe it is relief. Read the studies, especially dated pre covid.

Take into account how eating rare pork is now standard where as years ago, it was always cooked through.
As for the autism… I think most of us believe vaccines have something to do with it. Look into metal detox. I highly recommend TRS. It’s expensive but one bottle lasts about 3 months. There’s a ton of stories out there and it’s big on childhood autism forums.

Before putting your son on anything, I would get a full panel of blood work done. Try to find a holistic doctor who is versed in parasites and heavy metals. They will run a full panel blood and stool sample to see what’s going on.
There’s also ALOT of info on low laser treatment. My chiropractor (who I call my wizard) has had some amazing results from what some would perceive a cooky treatment. Read about the masses formed on the brain by t Ghondi, some believe those are the masses showing up on the MRI.
Don’t loose hope! There are alternative treatments out there. Now is the time to fight this head on. Praying for you and your son!
Lots of good info there. I was already thinking ivermectin because it's so low-risk. I will read up on TRS. Thanks so much for posting the links!
He had blood work a few years ago, but we were looking at biome diversity and diet, nothing specific, and no concern about psychosis at the time... recommended some probiotics. Maybe I can review that, or just get it re-done currently.
I didn't suspect infant vaccines at the time, but the timeline fits and in retrospect it all clicks. Thanks again.
Depending how the MRI turns out, will investigate the low level lasers. One step at a time. Never losing hope.
I’d run the full panel again. Running it under a more holistic type of doctor will look for things outside of current pharma med like parasite and metals. After all of the reading I’ve done, I’m convinced mental health has been inflicted on the younger generation. My children included. I took matters into my own hands and can’t even explain the results. As a side note, we did a cleanse and then monthly treatment. It wasn’t the same for the people I know. One felt it by the end of the week, another after the second monthly dose. They have stages, like lice and IVM only kills adults so others hatch. Have the MRI and then do another after treatment. Keep us posted and good luck!
It was a holistic doctor, and they did check for metals. But at the time I had no indication of psychosis. But a fresh result is the right way to go, as you say.
Care to share the specifics on the cleanse and monthly regimen?
I have a picture and I’m not sure how to include it. I’ll type it out. 111-130 lb 12 mg 131-150 13.5mg 151-170 15mg 171-190 16mg 191-210 18mg 211-230 20mg 231-250 22mg 251-270 24mg
About .09mg/lb. First day you take the full dose. Skip a day. Take half dose. Skip a day. Take half dose.
I take 12/skip a day/6/skip a day/6
Then once a month take full dose. There’s different protocols for different things but I personally like this one. If someone has never done a parasite cleanse, the die off effect can be brutal and you don’t want to overload your liver and kidneys. Drink lots of lemon water and eat super healthy during the week. If you can steam or sauna, even better. Make sure you read up on what the die off effects are so you’re not caught off guard.
Mg of what? Ivermectin, or something else? Thanks.
Mg of ivermectin. From what I understand, it kills 99% of parasites.
Thanks.
Just curious: do you know anyone who has used TRS? It certainly looks low risk so worth trying, but curious just the same. Thanks.
My friend, daughter, and I use it regularly. My son used it regularly as well but he’s moved so I can’t say for sure now. I personally believe the metals (in vax to start) are partially what’s caused the rise in autism. I feel a difference in my body when I slack. I take a multi vitamin, turmeric, a mineral dropped, and IVM once a month. I introduced them one at a time. I can’t say what works for others but this combo has me feeling emotionally and physically better than I have in years.
I went ahead and ordered it. The "only buy from a distributor" sounded sketchy, which is why I asked. It sounds too good to be true, but I don't mind trying. If it works, it's priceless. Thanks again.
Search b vitamin deficiencies and schizophrenia.
Thank you. Will do.
In 1976 my sister flipped out with strange symptoms...losing touch with reality...VERY odd behaviors.
She was diagnosed with schizophrenia. After being in a couple psych wards we took her to an Orthomolecular Psychatrist and utilized Abram Hoffer's mega-vitamin therapy based on his research. Her schizophrenia was brought under control and she was able to lead a normal life until she died of breast cancer many years later...this may not be what you are dealing with but symptoms are similar....God bless your family...
Thanks; appreciated. Yes, there is a lot of mental illness that clearly can be treated and cured using non-pharmaceutical methods. But it's hard to suss out, and most doctors work like ushers helping you to your assigned med.
I did a bunch of things at once, a number of them on this page, including some pharma, and today he is like normal (thank God!) except missing a few months of memories, traumatized by this to a degree, and not on any meds. I'll put more in the follow-up post.
This is good info to have. Thanks.
Well with orthomolecular Psychiatry there were NO meds even though they were psychiatrists ...just vitamins...I am VERY against the psychotropic drugs used in traditional psychiatry when there are alternative things that are less harmful...and only because we did NOT have good experiences with them...but I respect whatever choices you made...especially if it has proven successful for your son...
I am certainly glad your son is doing well and has recovered from what he went through...treating illness is difficult and it seems like you did well in making choices to help heal your son...God bless your family...
It's hard to find the right psychiatrist; I searched for holistic and natural when I searched, but I didn't have enough time to find the right one. Initial treatments including a good diet and lots of supplements didn't work, and he spiraled out of control very quickly after my post, becoming as crazy as anyone I've ever seen, totally incomprehensible and hyperactive, and doing things that were frankly dangerous. He was involuntarily detained and hospitalized which led to antipsychotic meds. I believe it helped, primarily by forcing him into sleep. Insomnia had been a primary symptom, and the sleep definitely helped.
The thing that seemed to bring him back more than anything was nebulizing hydrogen peroxide consistently, which he did concurrently with ivermectin over a ten-day period. After that he was progressively tapered off the meds, and has showed no sign of psychosis since. I've since done some research that psychosis has been linked to the vax (he's not vaxxed) and to Covid itself.
At one of the various institutions he was diagnosed positive, and the peroxide treatment started after that. Although it sounds strange, and I'll never know for certain, I think it might have been caused by Covid, even without knowing exactly what Covid is.
Thanks again. He's not out of the woods entirely, and I'm grateful for your thoughts and prayers.
I actually agree about the covid...the biggest problem there is how to overcome...obviously the spike proteins were affecting the brain...which is quite common...it sucks that just having "covid" could affect such catastrophic events...except we realize the covid itself was manufactured and patented to be very destructive. You did good...does he take NAC? That helps protect the integrity of the cells...one of the best takeaways from the whole covid mess...except IVM, zinc and quercetin.
Very interesting about nebulizing hydrogen peroxide...would love to know exactly how that was working in the body to help affect a cure...
You worked wonders...I have always found God supplied all the answers and directions I ever needed when seeking any treatment for the various things I have encountered (alternative naturally)...apparently He did the same for you....
The theory behind hydrogen peroxide relates to how it oxygenates the blood. It is detailed very specifically in Jim Humble's book about MMS, which works using the exact same mechanism.
I wouldn't have thought of it at all except that my son bounced around to multiple institutions, and one diagnosed him with Covid, which at his stage required me to take him home. And use the treatment that cured my Covid. I had had insomnia, but the brain effects were limited to the nebulous term called "brain fog." His diagnosis was a blessing in disguise, and led me to research the links connecting psychosis to Covid, of which there are many. Also there had been a GAW post about psychosis and the vax around the same time, further clueing me in. God indeed works in unexpected ways.
Thankfully (see "God's unexpected ways, above) the next institution he was at had an NP that continued the daily ivermectin and the NAC as he recovered his mental functions, and who validated the Covid suspicions. And who oversaw him while the antipsychotics were tapered off. He's still taking the NAC, though.
Yeap, I questioned with vit b is the main issue. Many can't absorb it correctly. Any chance he has early greying hair? Another sign
No, no grey hair, at least not yet. Will look into the vitamin b though.
This plus good food plus knowing alt drugs used are key
They are dead set on that diagnosis? What you have described leads me to believe it could have been some form of psychosis, I experienced a psychedelic induced psychosis many years ago and a separate incident not involving drugs a year or so after, with the last one i was prescribed Lithium Carbonate and it hasnt changed my personality or anything but makes me feel more grounded and less likely to entertain fantasies that aren’t based in reality.
No, just got it as a preliminary diagnosis yesterday. It was his age, the recurrent cycles, the degree of detachment (severe) and change in personality in recent years, and the sleeplessness, according to the therapist. There's no blood test or anything, it's pretty much based on observed behavior. The MRI is to detect inflammation in the brain, which is another indicator, but not conclusive either.
You should at least ask your doctor to check his Lithium levels so you can rule out a natural Lithium deficiency
Thanks. Will do.
Wish you both the best of luck, definitely focus on the medical stuff first but I will say each time was an intense spiritual battle, there are forces always working, and during these types of episodes you can either be enthralled or enlightened, usually to the point of being incomprehensible to others, luckily I had loved ones around me who recognized they needed to act, they were faced with the same decision you were and i couldn’t imagine it was easy, so I send all my well wishes🙏🏻
Appreciated; Thanks. Good bless.
There's also a detailed MMPI test which is multiple choice but it is very good at detecting mental illness and categorizing what kind of illness it is.
Good tip. I've upgraded my insurance this year, so I can get stuff like this done. This recent thing was very sudden, seemingly different from a personality trait. But always looking for solutions, and those tests are very good.
Here is a really good video on diet impacts on mental health. It's long but really educational. https://youtu.be/-QUcoBKor9w
Parasite cleanse....I read somewhere this can cause schizophrenia
Others have mentioned that as well. Thanks.
Different foods can do terrible things to people...research was done on prisoners...cheese and other food could make violent changes....a course of probiotics would be good
Have read that as well. Thanks.
I feel for you. My brother had a mental breakdown when my mom was dying more than 6 years ago. He was relatively normal, lifed weights, ate well, had friends he would bowl, go camping and ghost hunting with. Then all of sudden, he stopped hanging with his friends, started isolating himself from us, started talking to me about that star seed/children thing, meditating for HOURS, sometimes all day. Then he had his "breakdown", walking down the street butt ass naked in a self-induced LSD state (he only smoked weed and tobacco), he was hospitalized and they determined he had a "temporary psychosis". But he's only gotten worse every year since. Anger issues, threats of violence to us, talks to his "demons", delusional thoughts, OCD tendencies. Feels like we have to walk on egg shells with him sometimes and when I talk to him about his problems he shuts down and stops listening. He's been pretty calm for a few days now, but it's like a roller coaster, sometimes it's okay, sometimes it's not. And I go from feeling pity because I know he's suffering, but also feeling like he's just taking advantage of our family without giving back. 28 years old, no job, no collage, no goals towards life, no friends or girlfriend, just the computer and he imaginary "friends" and thoughts, no progression. He doesn't help around the house, stopped mowing the lawn and when he did he would break the mower (we've been through at least 2 so far, and the one we have doesn't work right because of him). He just eats the food we buy and sits on his ass. Unfortunately, his problems aren't just mental illness, he's lazy. We're trying to get him insurance to get him diagnosed, but it's hard when he doesn't have any income to claim. And I've told my dad that he's the one that has to sit my brother down and have a heart to heart with him, because when I talk to him about things he doesn't want to hear I'm "nagging".
Thanks. I'm the dad in this story. Trying to make sure his brothers don't write this story in a few years the same way you just did. Fortunately he's not lazy, but he needs direction and has trouble relating to people. But the degree of delusion is pretty much spot-on with what you described. It takes a toll.
My brother's the same, no direction and has trouble relating to others. Sometimes I think it's because he doesn't want to live this mundane life, doing a 9-to-5 and paying bills, so he plays Runescape (an online medieval game) to escape life. But his quality of life is lacking and it's sad. I hope you and your family find the answers and resources you need to help your son ❤️
Thanks, fren.
"We're trying to get him insurance to get him diagnosed, but it's hard when he doesn't have any income to claim."
You don't need income to get Medicaid. You can apply for Medicaid through your state health department or the next time he goes to the ER in a hospital, the billing department can process his application for Medicaid.
Yes, we're currently trying to get Medicaid. I just sent the documents they needed. Hopefully, he's accepted.
smoke pot?
I would suggest looking into low-dose lithium orotate: available over the counter (www.swansonvitamins.com has several options). Dr. James Greenblatt has done some great research on this. Check out his book, Nutritional Lithium: A Cinderella Story. Prayers for you all, fren. 🙏
Thanks, I'll read up.
It may not be applicable in your son's case but check out Alex Berenson's book, "Tell your children". Hopefully what Alex writes about is his problem. I will include him (name?) in my prayers. Heaven Father knows him by his name, that's why I ask. I'm afraid my son is showing the early signs.
Interesting. Thanks.
Francisco.
I'll include your family in my prayers as well. Wishing the best for your son.
Ugh, so sorry. Prayers up for both of you.
Appreciated. Thanks.
I would definitely put him on a course of ivermectin, simply because there is no risk involved to rule out parasitic infection. I would recommend a vitamin supplement regime for a broad course of as many as you can get him on to rule out vitamin/mineral deficiencies. Full probiotic course for restoring gut balance and health. Finally a heavy metal detox through chelation. I'm not sure about oral chelating agents, but a heavy metal analysis may not show up any heavy metal toxicity within the brain. I am not even certain that chelation can be removed from the brain because of the blood brain barrier, but consultation with open minded doctor's and appropriate testing should be able to reveal a path forward for heavy metals (if they are determined to be present). My theory is to use any non-harmful treatments as possible to rule out any abnormal conditions that are not usually treated by mainstream medicine. Let mainstream medicine treat the usual suspects while you pursue the unusual. Disclaimer: I am not a medical professional and am offering my opinions based on personal beliefs that have been founded on personal research that may or may not be from professional medical sources. The concept of throw everything at a problem and hope that something sticks is not an ideal or efficient troubleshooting process, however when the stakes are too high for failure and the risks are relatively negligible, there is no harm in this approach.
Agreed. Thanks.
Check out medical medium. He changed my life. God gives us food to heal us of the world’s poisons.
Thanks. What platform / where can I find medical medium?
His books are on Amazon. You can also find him on Instagram. He is heavily censored. I have most of his books though and they’re EXTREMELY helpful. I would recommend “cleanse to heal” and his latest one on healing the brain.
Thanks, much appreciated.
I agree with the food being healing but IMO the food just doesn't have it anymore. The soil is is so depleted of vitamins and minerals that our food is as well. So soil testing (if you have a garden) and blood testing can both be very helpful And the FDA daily requirements are so Low! Yes somethings can be overdone and cause harm so it's always good to see a holistic doctor or naturalpath (sp). Personally, I read an article in epoch times about heartburn and LOW levels of stomach acid. 3rd day and no heartburn yet.....we'll see. And I have tried Everything. Refuse to take a acid reducer, It does work but it's awful stuff otherwise.
.....taurine is an interesting supplement
https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/27835719/
Thanks. Will check out.
https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/27835719/
Is he smoking marijuana? It's not as harmless as some will lead us to believe. https://www.psychiatrictimes.com/view/cannabis-induced-psychosis-review
I hope you find something that works.
Thanks, no he isn't. Good to know, though.
Alex Berenson doesn't say that everyone who smokes is a nut case, but you might want to check out his book. Very informative.
I am writing as someone who is now from the spiritual community who was raised Catholic and had a career in science. Take or leave the below depending on how it feels to you.
It is thought that the veil is thinning. The younger people are more susceptible to this thinning as they were born 'lighter' than us older people. The vibration of the planet has been rising for decades.
When the veil is peeled back (or vibrational reality is changed), it is thought angels and demons reside here. The 3d world is influxed with spirit energy and the very sensitive younger people are more attuned to this. The older sensitives (like Shamans) are almost extinct. Protect their energy field and infuse it with light. Then teach them how to do this for themselves to only allow benevolent energy in. This requires PRACTICE. It gets easier with time as most teachings do. You will be able to find a lot of information about energetic protection techniques online and also in books. This may help rid any energetic (mental/emotional) parasites attached to the son to complement the treatments for physical parasites.
Sending love!
Working on it. He's demonstrated some psychic abilities in the past. Thanks.
Hey Mr_A, I saw your post, and I have had a somewhat similar situation with my high-functioning autistic son. I have to leave right now but I will tell you my experience later today. If you want, I can post it here, email you, or direct message you (Does this site have DM?). I know how deep it hurts and how emotionally taxing it is but stay strong.
I would love it if you post here in the comments (if you would be so kind). I am following this bc of my now adult son.. I suspect his adverse reaction to an MMR vaccine when he was a child. He seems to be high-functioning autistic as well (refuses to get tested bc he is terrified of Doctors, Counselors, Prescription meds, etc). It has been a very long rough road and he is currently homeless and a drug addict. I am raising his only child and while I am grateful for that I am heartbroken as a mother bc he was a "normal" intelligent child until his reaction. I'm desperate for options before he overdoses again. Apologies for jacking your post Mr_A.
67 Horses, I sent you a Direct Message on this site. I hope you will find the information helpful.
Thanks. You can DM here. On the page where you check comments and replies using the bell icon/notifier, there's a 'send message' option. Then you have to manually enter the username, but Mr_A is easy. I'd love to hear your story, however you want to share. Thanks.
I've sent you a DM. Let me know if you don't receive it.
Mr.A, do you have an update about your son? What did you find out about vitamin B deficiencies, ivermectin, etc? Has your son improved? Please at least DM me on here. I just found this old post of yours by doing a search on bipolar disorder.Thank you.
Yes, I have an update, and it's a good one. But it's a long story. I'll give you a decent reply in a bit.
So, here's the story. He first started getting physically sick (stomach) in late Oct - early Nov, with mental issues that started small in mid-late Nov, and got progressively worse until January when I made this post.
A psychologist said it was either bipolar disorder or schizophrenia. All the diagnostic criteria is subjective, so there's no lab tests or any other objective criteria to separate these two diagnosis. Anyway, maybe some of those therapies helped a bit (I think the lithium orotate helped, but I didn't do the B vitamins for a bunch of reasons. TBH I did a bunch of things that people recommended but I don't remember all of them, because...) but after a brief interlude of a few happy and stable weeks, my son very quickly got much worse and had to be involuntarily institutionalized because he was completely out of his mind and out of touch with the physical world.
Don't click on it yet, I'll put a TLDR below. I made a longer post about it here. https://greatawakening.win/p/16b690DGZ5/covid-can-cause-individual-psych/
That post details how I came to believe his psychosis, called bipolar disorder by doctors at first who then later called it schizophrenia, was caused by covid, and how he recovered using covid treatments. That post also has a few links to studies that support that conclusion. Search GAW using the term psychosis for more of those. My preferred covid treatment at the time was nebulized hydrogen peroxide, and that's because it worked for me. (Those details are included in the comments of the above post.) I added ivermectin too, because the stakes were high and there was no reason not to.
After that, he had about 7 months of being totally normal again, aside from being traumatized by having been locked up in a mental hospital and missing 3-4 months of time in his memories, and then in January he started with small indications of mental instability again. Because of what had happened before I was hyper-sensitive to the symptoms, and jumped on the case again. But in the meantime I had found that nicotine patches had done a fantastic job of eliminating my own covid symptoms, so this time when I treated him I gave him nebulized peroxide and nicotine patches. And ivermectin.
His mental symptoms disappeared and haven't come back, and he's as normal as he ever has been all this year. I think we're out of the woods. I give more credit to the nicotine than to the other treatments, but that's subjective. I know the hydrogen peroxide is helpful, and I'm less sure about the ivermectin, but obviously it didn't hurt.
I'm also reducing his carbs a lot, cutting out breads and other starches, and have largely eliminated onion and garlic from his diet. I think that's more important than any of the supplements. He's off all meds and supplements today.
Somewhere in the middle of this, a few alternative, holistic doctors gave us a bunch of dietary advice that included the advice for low carbs and less onions. If you're interested in the diet stuff, let me know and I'll pass you that info. I think it's key for the long-term.
Also: be very wary of antipsychotic drugs. They really do a number on a person, and it's painful to watch. Seeing my son in the Institute and under the influence of powerful antipsychotics was easily one of the worst and most emotionally painful events of my life.
I wouldn't want anyone to go through all my son or I did. Hopefully your situation is not as bad, but if our experience can help, feel free to ask more.
