A while back, MonkeyWerx was monitoring flights in and out of all 3 of those locations. On top of that, look at the massive upgrades at Gitmo alone, and you know something is up.
That’s the first time I’ve seen the other two locations mentioned. I wonder if it’s possible to track funding projects for azores and Honduras building projects through the fed contracting databases.
Sauce? I dont see Honduras or the Azores mentioned anywhere. I have never heard of anyone talk about those two locations. I find it unlikely that we would have such a facility in Honduras where we have no bases.
The only two Ive heard mentioned as fact are Gitmo and Diego Garcia and suspected in Greenland.

They need $435M for a new health care facility because most of the "future prisoners" are already very old and will need lots of care. Plus, health care FOR LIFE takes a lot of money and services. Rope is cheaper.
