Welcome to General Chat - GAW Community Area
This General Chat area started off as a place for people to talk about things that are off topic, however it has quickly evolved into a community and has become an intergral part of the GAW experience for many of us.
Based on it's evolving needs and plenty of user feedback, we are trying to bring some order and institute some rules. Please make sure you read these rules and participate in the spirit of this community.

In short, imagine this thread to be a local community hall where we all gather and chat daily. Please be respectful to others in the same way
Obama was more of a Maoist whereas Biden is a Stalinst. The closest comp for Trump is George Washington.
Everyone should look up OXALATES.
A couple years back I started to experience back pain, leg pain, thigh pain, and achiness, especially in the morning. I also used to drink red wine. So I started eating a spoon or two of Sauerkraut a day and changed my diet (cut out carbs, sugar, wine, nuts, veggies, chocolates..although I have it sometime), and now I'm pain free completely.
I believe the pain and aches were due to oxalate build up throughout the years, and this build up is widely mistaken by many to be athritis or reumathism. We have to periodically flush it out and the best and cheapest way is Sauerkraut. Many people tend to develop kidney stones due to oxalates as well.
https://www.healthline.com/nutrition/oxalate-good-or-bad#TOC_TITLE_HDR_2
Oxalic acid is an organic compound found in many plants, including leafy greens, vegetables, fruits, cocoa, nuts, and seeds (1Trusted Source).
In plants, it’s usually bound to minerals, forming oxalate. The terms “oxalic acid” and “oxalate” are used interchangeably in nutrition science.
Your body can produce oxalate on its own or obtain it from food. Vitamin C can also be converted into oxalate when it’s metabolized (2Trusted Source).
Once consumed, oxalate can bind to minerals to form compounds, including calcium oxalate and iron oxalate. This mostly occurs in the colon, but can also take place in the kidneys and other parts of the urinary tract.
In most people, these compounds are then eliminated in the stool or urine (3Trusted Source).
However, in sensitive individuals, high oxalate diets have been linked to an increased risk of kidney stones and other health problems.
Its not just oxalyic acid, its uric acid as well. Essentially if your blood pH is not slightly alkaline (8-8.5) you will risk all kinds of problems including higher risk of heart attack, stroke, gout etc etc,
Keeping your body pH at an optimal level is also turning out to be a great way to ensure you wont have cancerous cells growing.
The book "Drop Acid" is a good book.
Anybody else have their Facebook whacked this morning? I had to relog in and got a two day ban and just got off a 30 day retriction 1 day ago. I know it's Facebook, but thats my playground for dropping red pills. Project Veritas is surprisingly still on my page, three times lol. But they sent me a message saying I posted sensitive intimate sexual exploited material that went against community standards. I know for a fact I never post anything like that, EVER. The closest thing I posted to that was Hunter Biden in his undies with a crack pipe in his mouth hanging from a balloon.😁 This is my 9th account since Jan.6, ,2020. I just find it odd it's the morning after SOTU and it's absolutely a bogus charge. I had a lot to say this morning too🤷🏼♂️. Must be over the target and ruffled someone's feathers.
There is ZERO shame in working on fluffbuk, youtub or (now easier) twiffer. If one engages with these platforms as an unthinking normie who is oblivious to their toxicity (aka ulterior purposes) then, yeah, hang thy head in shame.
But we anons are digital soldiers. We enter the enemy's territory to do battle, and that's super important.
I dropped fluffbuk in 2019, after having several groups running and dropping lotsa red pills in a variety of locations, but I just cannot go back to it. Kudos for your resilience, fren.
I'm currently all twittered up, but not exactly active these days.
People will tell you to look at something like Market Watch or Business Insider are other finance sites like that.
However, stock market is a captured operation and is a derivative of the debt market. I tend to look for other indicators on a daily basis to see where were are headed. I had to build a custom script for this.
This is what it looks like: https://media.greatawakening.win/post/ygtOX5tUWLtf.png
I would also suggest watching Greg Mannarino for a quick run down of what the stock market really is and how to make sense of it. He does daily videos, and he rants a lot (warning - he is blackpilled about everyone including Trump) but there are pieces of wisdom hidden in each of his videos. Watching them for 2 weeks will make you smarter about the market than any Finance graduate.
Serious question? If a 33rd degree Mason Mason comes to your house and offers you "stuff" and you have no option but to take it. But do let them know, your lineage is also Mason. How does thst work? My anxiety is thru the roof!
I wonder if a 33rd degree Mason Master? would ever reveal their identity in the first place? Wouldn't he be like the puppet master? And a master never shows his hands.. perhaps you got punk'd?
There are no.children here.
ok, my bad. maybe elaborate more? I'm curious. Sounds like it could be an interesting story.
He is a friend of ours. Wears the ring an all. Which I'm the only one who can identify with my family lineage. He dropped by out of the blue today. Offering weed and moonshine. Acting to make sire the house wasn't jnder surveillance! Which duh it's not... we don't deal kn the sort.
Oh I see.. that's interesting. Is he like "awake"? Did you guys talk politics? Is he just making house calls to his "brothers".. maybe he was just being nice.
My step dad is not a Mason or of lineage. Just me.
No. He isn't. It was very odd. And my anxiety went thru the roof. He offered and I knew not to refuse. I'm not stupid. He's very kind. Was just odd. He's nit been here in months.
I obviously cordially southern like invited him him as I was getting ready to make supper.
Then I said u a Mason correct? He said yes. Told him of my Papa and great grandpa. And luckily my step dad walked in. Idk I feel now like I owe him something other than my delicious meatballs I make. Lol
You said he's a friend of the family, and probably much older.. so maybe he's just looking to spend his free time and being "neighborly". You should see my MIL, she goes visit random neighbors and such because nothing else to do. Old school.

Episode 8 will be filmed Friday. Thanks for all that have shown support as we build this podcast up. If you wanna be on the show please reach out. God WINS. Love you all
Now that the opening salvos have fired and the smoke drifts away we should be ready for a hell of a lot more than the lights going out. This has the potential to be worth viewing every second of this real time drama. God save the Patriots. Near and far.
Made some substantial progress getting the kiddos to do a Pythagorean proof today. There may be hope for the post-Covid students after all.
Which one did you use?
The one where you are given a square and a "tilted" square inside the big square, whereas you have four right triangles formed inside the big square in addition to the tilted square. I know this sounds a little confusing, but essentially you add the four right triangles and the small square together to get the area of the big square, and then using algebra you set the areas equal to each other, cancel the like terms and that leaves you with a^2 + b^2 = c^2. The coolest thing about this, aside from the confusing description, is that you can see the light bulb coming on when the kids realize that by subtracting like terms, you derive the formula. Hey, a win is a win, and it is cool to see kids "get it." Some don't and some won't, but there are a couple that see the connection, and that alone is worth the trouble of being a teacher these days 🙂
Got it. Thats a fun one. I am glad you are using pictorial proofs. We never learnt any of that stuff growing up. BTW there was a video I watched where there were like 10 different pictorial proofs, each one more interesting than the previous!
I'll tell you what, bubble, the day it is no longer fun, I'm not going to work. There are still kids out there starving for knowledge, and it is an honor to be a part of that process.
On the radio driving I heard China wants their balloon & equipment back.... it sounded legit, but I didn't hear the entire thing ... more after the commercial... and I arrived at my destination.
Might not actually be a real sin but a conscience issue?
If I knew what it was, I might be able to say. Slechta5614 of Prayer garden would be a good anon to reach out to asap as well
Keep forgiving yourself. Decide you want to release it. Keep handing it over.
DM me if you need to talk. I’ve had a lifetime of sin, so I’m NO better than any one else. If you need somebody to talk to you, I am here anonymously. God bless you and have a great day.
I tried. For almost 3 weeks. Yesterday morning I came off the caveman carnivore diet and rushed out to get some fruit and veg. Interesting experiment, but its not for me. I think the benefits are overhyped; great if you want to lose weight, which I didn't need to. Can't believe people do it for long periods, seems like a punishment. Think I'll go with keto. ...With the occasional treat of fish and chips!
Here is what I works best for me. Make sure you have 12-14 hours between last meal of the say and first meal of next day. Cut off all artificial sugars as much as possible. Keep sweets to a minimum, preferably natural sweets for cooking etc. Eat just moderate portion which is balanced carb, proteins, fat and veggies, during the 8-12 hour window. And keep your pH level slightly up.
Thats it. To me its been working wonders. Feel so much healthier, long time gout disappeared, more energetic, and lost some weight as well.
Do you include Xylitol and Stevia in the artificial sugars category please? I've always had doubts about Erythritol, guess the rest are as bad being highly processed.
Yes, I agree. But for many peeps it is an easier route for them to give up carbs completely, than practice moderation. I think there are tons of micro nutrients in fruit and veggies, and our brains need the natural sugars. Every time I have tried the heavy meat low carb route I couldn't stick to it for more than a few days. I do think eating minimum grains is excellent for health. But that is easier said than done. Especially avoiding wheat, which I love...
As long as its respectful and everyone is having a good time, there is no harm in back and forth or even spirited discussions!
Agreed. Food should be enjoyed, not endured.
well said!
My mom and I started a low-carb diet. Not strict keto, but just low carb. It’s amazing how many carbs you needlessly eat, and it makes you sluggish and tired. Once I started looking at carbs on products, I decided if I was going to eat carbs, I would make it worth my while. One strawberry pop tart has 38 carbs in it. 38! Needless to say, I am no longer eating pop tarts. If I’m gonna have 38 carbs, it’s going to be some type of a chocolate mousse or something worthwhile. Those type of desserts are few and far between, but worth every bite. I hope you find something that you enjoy, and the low carb is working great for me and my mom.
Interesting. Good luck on your journey.
I'm currently on ketosis, no carbs or sugar whatsoever for a week, and feeling tense. The good thing is no more feeling bloated or sluggish. Wake up wide awake immediately every morning, less appetite, no farts or burps (lol) and plenty of energy.
I’m happy to hear that working out for you. I hope you’re able to continue on with that as needed. Without all the sugar, we just do better. All the way around.
Low-carb very low sugar is the best diet I have come to believe. Have you tried this with IF?
No, I haven’t tried intermittent fasting. I tend to have low blood sugar, and when I don’t eat, I get really cranky. And you don’t wanna be around me when I’m cranky. My mom thinks me… That I don’t do intermittent fasting. 😆😂🤪
What is IF?
Probably intermittent fasting.
Think its intermittent fasting.
Exactly. Have something that's worth the carbs every once in a while.
Anyone have Starlink? Thoughts? Opinions?
We have it here at my house, my son got it last year, no issues, sometimes it drops for about 7 seconds and it's barely noticeable, providing our home with 4 active computer users, streaming, gaming, etc. It isnt even on the roof, it's been on the ground for a year, the snow melts off of ti, just have to move it to cut the grass. I live in the northern hills of Vermont, lots of trees, but its bare enough sky out front of the house where the gardens are. We love it.
Excellent thanks. I have cable options from a major provider but I like the idea of it being separated from a good chunk of the internet backbone so if/when there is a blackout, I might still be connected.
As soon as we get it in our area, my mom and I want to get one. We have Mediacom, and it’s horrible. All the rest pretty much suck as well, but if I could have Cox Internet, I’d rather have that than Mediacom. But we don’t have cox in our area.
I am filming my keto recipes and putting them on YouTube with some music I made long ago. Here’s my second one: Almond buns.
Is it practical enough for viewers/cookers?
This video is perfect. Just the way it should be, well I would suggest skipping the separation of each egg individually and just skip from the first to the last.
I have tried egg beaters before and they always make such a mess. The jug(?) you use for beating egg is clever, I need to try this. Manually beating puts me off doing anything with egg beating because my arms aren't what they used to be :(
I watch the video later and let you know. I’m looking for low carb alternatives. Almond buns sounds fantastic.
The video is « Quick’nDirty » but the buns are fantastic: I could make keto burgers with this recipe.
Ohhhh that sounds awesome. My mom just bought some almond flour, and I’ve been thinking about some recipes. I’ll check this out. Are the butter cookies made with almond flour as well?
Actually, Almond flour is expensive in Switzerland so everything I make is cooked using Almond powder. Psyllum is just fiber, as I couldn’t find some today, I bought flaxseed hulls which are much cheaper. I will let my public know about that experiment.
Perfect I have flaxseed powder, so I can use that instead of the other stuff.
👍🏻
Wow I really like this idea. Keep it up. In future when prayer garden is fully up and running, I would love to help highlight things like this
I finally made my plans for Hawaii. It will be in May and June of this year. I will keep you posted on coming on your show.
Oh awesome I look forward to discussing it more in future. Truly appreciate it. God bless u.
First, I could seriously taste and smell those buns!
Recipe looks great. I do agree a little more prominent showing of ingredients as you go (in writing) with measures would improve. I am looking forward to trying.
Curious, I have always been taught to fold in egg whites so they don't lose the airiness. Also, what did you add to the egg whites (white powder) that isn't on your ingredient list?
Well done!
Salt. Sorry for not mentioning it.
As a keto person who craves some bread or something at times, these look amazing. Easy enough to make. I agree about putting the ingredients on the description. I have all of this stuff except the psyllium husks. Is it necessary? I’ve made a bunch of things with almond flour. To be honest, it is usually gritty texture-wise but maybe the egg whites help that? I’ve added cheddar to simple keto biscuits (I can’t remember where you’re from but they’re not cookies- they’re generally fluffier and savory.)
I’ve followed
https://thebigmansworld.com/keto-almond-flour-biscuits/
https://www.the-girl-who-ate-everything.com/keto-biscuits/ and I liked the outcome but hate those recipe/cooking pages because you have to read way too much stuff to get to the actual recipe. So I appreciate a video like yours.
I just use a plain muffin pan sprayed with olive oil spray.
Anyway, your music made me sad. Sorry, man. But nice effort!!! I’m gonna try them.
https://atlasbiomed.com/blog/psyllium-husk-fiber/
Hello Fren, as I told some other Fren, the music is just an old theme of mine from 1998, which I chose because of its duration. I also posted my recipe for butter cookies (filmed at the same time): https://youtu.be/bqCDfbF8nUQ
I love butter cookies, I’m going to check this one out for sure. At Christmas time I make press cookies. And I love them. Love love love them.
Cooookiessss!
Where can we talk about the SOTU?
Were they also dancing in red spandex clothes?
That's the after party🐸
Adrenochrome&gasoline as vaseline…🤡🌏
Do you want to make a high quality mega thread for this? Post link to SOTU and link to where trump is giving blow by blow analysis.
I was a little late...
Is that shitshow over, or is it still going on?
Its over...
