What's interesting about this is that the record # for the Jessica York that appears in the Thaler Law report does not match that in the official record, which gives York the # 333453 and the "Jessica York" who appears on the alleged fraudulent forms has the # 549041. There are NINE "Yorks" in all!

Do the notaries get a new number when renewing the commission? Because 549041 expired on August 16 (or 18? Not sure from image), 2022 and 333453 is valid until August 18, 2026.
The expired Notary number should also be listed on the AR SoS website. The "549041" is not listed past or present though. This either means its non-existent or it is, for some reason, not listed. I'm not sure if the web page lists a complete history of notary numbers... However Notary commissions last for a period of 4-years.
I checked, and there is no notary registered presently and formerly with AZ with "549041" as far as AZ SoS website provides. This may not be a total accounting of past identifiers though. If "549041" does not exist, what does it mean in terms of Jessica York, who is indeed listed under "333453"?
A fraudulent notary rubber stamp? If I recall correctly, these rubber stamps are sent from the SoS after approval is made.
Is that even the signature of Jessica York? The writing of the date, particularly the "14th", is shakey. Is this Jessica York's writing? Or someone else?
More information is required to understand the anomaly here.
You can order notary stamps straight to your house. Just plug in your info and expiration then wait a week for delivery.
It may depend on the State and the laws.
I used to be a notary until our contracts did away with requiring notarization. I think mine expired in 2018. When I took that exam I got a form that had the relevant info. Then I just googled “notary stamp” and found the cheapest/fastest option. I think it cost me $15 + shipping, and I had it in a few days. Made me wonder if there was any reason to take the notary test lol…not sure anyone would know the difference in my state.
Wow. Did you get your State seal on the rubber stamp? I would think that would be an issue if not properly validated, no?
Ya. Pretty much easy mode. Makes you wonder why we even bother to use notaries. I got a certificate from the Secretary of State and the website selling stamps said I would need it. But there was no place to upload it, nor did I ever get asked for it.
I just looked up Texas & Michigan. You don’t even have to take a test like I did in those states. Fill out and submit app, filing fee, and notary bond. Then you order a stamp from wherever you want. Seems like a joke.
Doesn't a notary just witness people signing documents? Check signers IDs and log the date, time and document type so the notary can attest officially. That's been my experience in one state. Are there other duties in other states?
Ya that is pretty much the extent of it. Although not every state actually requires a log book. Which, to me, seems really odd. We didn't have to use a log book. It was merely "suggested." But if you are actually someone who holds themselves out to the public for this service and charge a fee for it, I would think it would be stupid not to have a log. After all, if you get called to attest to your signature as notary, how would you know you actually did this notarization?
Girls dig boys with skills.
It's probably as you stated. It's easy enough to forge. So, what does all of this mean though? I'm not sure what the context of all of this is. An error on J. Thuler? A forgery of either Jessica York or someone else? Something else? There's just not enough information.
Thanks, this relates to Sundance's piece over at CTH, to which he questions J. Thuler's evidence. I don't necessarily agree with Sundance, but I do believe that Thuler should start handing this project over to other vetted sources to review and to pursue this case. Dr. David Clements, former New Mexico prosecutor & law professor is one possibility. Other organizations (True the Vote, et. al) could be involved. I commented on this and am somewhat disappointed in the loose talk coming from Sundance.
Clements did comment on it and basically said it's looking good.

I read Sundance's article over at CTH, and I was surprised at what she revealed. However I don't agree with her conclusions at this point.
She being Ms. Breger, I assume. Make no mistake, she made no "conclusions". She presented evidentiary allegations/research for the AZ Senate committee to put into the record and investigate. Due to time restraints she verbally provided summaries.
No wonder Arizona freaked out over people demanding they fix the election.
This goes so deep. Takes a while to get this far down.

This was for 2020 if I’m not mistaken and the stamp expired in 2022.
Yup. My bad. Thanks.

Carry On!!!
Thaler's full documents also accuse Wendy Rogers and Liz Harris of taking bribes from the cartel.
The only "evidence" in this case is from deeds, and all Thaler used to connect the dots was if anyone on a deed had a name even remotely similar to a public figure, he assumed they are one in the same.
It's pretty freaking flimsy.
Lake isn't backing this, Wendy Rogers has denounced it, as have several Trump supported Arizona people.
This looks like something designed to make patriots look stupid.
