There is something to this for sure.
A tamper proof ankle monitor might show that they are in custody for something really serious and they are a flight risk and someone needs to know their location or whether they leave a zone during certain hours.

Oh, I do remember, around the time I posted this thread, there was a link to a twitter page I believe that had all these images on it. I downloaded all of them then reupped them. I still have the folder if needed. I'm very curious who else has added a boot in the last year.
